The apartment is elegant and spacious with minimalistic décor, abstract art paintings and the absolute led lighting for ultimate relaxation. Lay and pamper yourself at the comfortable sofa in the living room and enjoy your favourite Netflix movie on a 65-inch TV that will make you feel you are like in home cinema! On the other side you find the modern kitchen equipped with induction hobs and big oven. Amenities like Nespesso machine, coffee machine, toaster, hot water boiler are offered and all the utensils you need to cook from a full breakfast to a romantic dinner properly by enjoying it at the modern round table with the designed chairs. Balcony specially constructed with glass to offer spectacular sea and Venetian castle views when the sunset takes place behind the mountains.Two spacious bedrooms fully equipped with King Size beds and high-quality mattresses full of friendly aloe vera materials providing a pleasant and deep sleep as also silent air conditioning eco friendly for your comforts and 43-inch Netflix TVs for your entertainment . Aluminum frames are brand new with triplex glasses minimising outside noise and temperature getting inside the home to the maximum.

To re ensure the hygiene and disinfection of the property, we list below some of the actions that take place in the apartment between the departures and the arrivals of our customers in order to keep in high standards a clean and healthy environment so as to make you feel safe and comfortable in all areas of the house.
1. All rooms are ventilated for at least three hours of cleaning.
2.First we clean with soap detergents and water to remove dirt and after we disinfect with Special antibacterial cleaners in combination with bleach and alcohol 70% min.to properly kill germs on all surfaces and counters as also in individual sanitary areas such as toilet- bathroom, bedrooms and kitchen.
3. We Wash all linens at the highest heat setting recommended by the manufacturer.
That includes bed sheets, mattress covers, hand and bath towels, kitchen towels, and blankets.
4. We carefully remove any visible dirt or grime from sofas, carpets, curtains and other soft porous surfaces and then use the appropriate cleaner for the material. If possible, machine-wash items according to the manufacturer’s instructions
5. The vacuum cleaner bag is emptied after each cleaning.

The neighbour where the house is located is ''Poros'' region and is only about 200 meters away from the port which you can easily access by feet, 400 meters from city centre and 2 km. from the airport. Only 3min. walk you can find supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, laundry and shopsYou can use bus for your transportation from the airport to the property and from the property to the city centre where you can buy tickets from automatic machines at each bus station. Alternatively taxis are not so expensive also and can also be used for low cost from the airport to the house depending luggages and persons as also from property to city centre. Port is accessible by feet and there is no need of transportation. In case you rent a car just keep in mind when visiting the city centre is better to park in private parkings as parking in the streets is not permitted.
