4th Floor Direct Oceanfront

27' Direct Oceanfront condo w/ Private balcony with an expansive ocean views & sliders to living room & master suite. Features an open floor plan, 2 bedrooms & 2 baths w/ in unit laundry. Also features community pool, gazebo & private walkway to beach . This condo is located right next to Pelican Beach & it is 10 miles south of the world famous Cocoa Beach. It is also just over an hour away to Orlando for the Disney attractions and down the street to Patrick Air Force Base.

Master suite features a king size bed, walk in closet and private bath. 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed. Living Room couch has a pull out full size bed.

No Smoking, No Pets and 30 day minimum on rentals. 4 people maximum for rentals in this condo. The Eastwinds Condo Association requires general information such as address, phone number, car license number etc. Once you book, I will be sending you an application form to fill out and return to me.

Relaxing & Easy Stay!

The apartment is spacious, lovely & bright. Janene's response time was immediate with any questions we had. The ocean view from the lanai was amazing & we spent many hours out there. We enjoyed several good restaurants but most within a short drive. The one unfortunate event was the massive amounts of seaweed on the beaches right now. If Janene could change that she surely would, but Mother Nature's in control there! We would surely stay here again. Thank you Janene!

Couldn’t have been better!!

My wife and I recently spent a month at this Satellite Beach condo. I would say just as advertised but it was better that. Beautiful condo, great location, all the comforts of home, very friendly neighbors and a view that was spectacular! And we were able to watch numerous launches right from the balcony. We would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone wishing to stay in the Satellite Beach/ Cocoa Beach area. Our sincere thanks to Janene for the opportunity to stay at the condo. Like the title says, couldn’t have been better!! Mike

This was a Maycation that we didn’t want to end!!

My husband and I rented this place May 2021. Our adult daughter stayed a week in the spare bedroom. EVERYTHING was amazing!! …..communication, cleanliness, location, neighbors, views, on and on!!!! My husband has spinal issues and most importantly, the furniture and bed were comfy. This property gets our upmost approval!!
