Step onto your private deck and the ocean fills the frame - waves rolling in, salt air drifting through, and the shoreline of Laguna Beach stretching out in both directions. Private stairs lead directly down to Turks Beach, so sand and surf are never more than a few steps away. Whether you`re watching the sun dip below the horizon from the balcony or waking up to the sound of the tide, the ocean is always at the center of your stay.

Set within a side-by-side duplex, this oceanfront townhouse in Laguna Beach is Unit B, with its own private entrance and self check-in via keypad. Both beach views and ocean views are yours from inside and out.

Sleeping arrangements
The oversized master suite is furnished with a Cal King bed and a portable Full size bed, along with an en suite bath. Downstairs, the living room offers a Queen sleeper sofa and an air mattress, plus access to a second full bath. The home sleeps up to 4 guests across 1 bedroom, 3 beds, and 2 baths. Families traveling with little ones can request a crib or Pack `n play/Travel crib.

Living space
The living area is arranged for easy coastal days - comfortable furnishings, a TV, WiFi, and an Ethernet connection for those who need a reliable connection in a common space. Central air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and an indoor fireplace keep things comfortable no matter the weather, while large windows frame the ocean just outside.

Kitchen and dining
The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, dishes, and silverware. Coffee is provided so mornings start smoothly. A dining table with seating for six rounds out the space. Note: cooking basics (pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper) are provided, but no other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, or similar supplies are available.

Outdoor living
The private patio and balcony put you front-row for ocean views, with an outdoor dining area ideal for meals in the open air. A backyard adds a second outdoor setting to unwind. Beach essentials are provided, including beach towels - please bring your own beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys.

Additional details
Free parking on premises is available - please park only in designated Unit B spaces (maximum 3 cars unless otherwise approved). The home includes a washer, dryer, essentials, hangers, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, iron, and clothing storage. Safety features include exterior security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and a fire extinguisher. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

Check-in is after 4PM and check-out is by 11AM. There is no extra fee for early check-in or late check-out - if it can be accommodated, it will be. Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay; mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee. The home is subject to HOA noise limit requirements. Pets are not allowed, with the exception of certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs considered on a case-by-case basis at an additional fee.

Note: As a side-by-side unit, guests in Unit B will need to access the beach through Unit A`s porch - it`s a minor pass-through and not very intrusive at all.
