Great stay for our UT visit!

Kathi's Cottage is a cute little house outside of Knoxville. It's an easy 15 minute drive to campus and so close to Sevierville and the GSMNP. We hope to stay here again!

Great little getaway

Great little place.. it’s a pool house kinda didn’t expect that but it was really nice and the owners had an awesome greeting bag of treats which was unexpected..place was clean and well maintained close to Knoxville and Pigeon Forge .. I would definitely stay again

Beautiful

The property was beautiful with a lot of natural light. It would be easily accessible for someone with disabilities as there were no steps. It also offered a walk in shower as well as a bath with hand rails. Had a couple of issues at checking in but they were worked out in a timely manner. Perfect for a couples weekend getaway.

Heavenly

The property is absolutely amazing. So peaceful! We sat on the little patio and listened to nature both evenings. Even got to hear the donkeys nicker a couple times. We met the sweet gentleman that lives there and talked for few minutes. Was sure to let us know to call if we needed anything. BUT, this is the only time we saw anyone during our stay. Very private. We had everything we needed. Very roomy home. Close and easy 15 minute to where we were going in Knoxville. Would absolutely stay here again!
