Excellent stay

The hosts were friendly they met us as we arrived. (Thanks for the sweet bread by the way) The rental is a full 2nd story with separate entrance. Convenient to downtown and the highway. Place is as described and we had no issues with cleanliness. Recommend this place no question.

Carlos & Nancy Were Amazing

We loved how thoughtful and available Carlos & Nancy were. They gave us some really great suggestions and were so helpful in every way possible. The place was so cute and we loved having the little outdoor balcony to convene in after our meetings where we could talk privately about business. We found it very quick and easy to get around with our rental car and loved that the neighborhood was quiet in the evenings.

San Antonio visit

We enjoyed our stay at this property location in San Antonio. The pictures reflected the actual unit well. It was nicely furnished, clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. The living room furniture was comfortable. The location was centrally located. Carlos and Nancy showed us around the unit when we arrived and made sure we had what we needed. They left some Mexican pastries for us for our arrival - very good! We would stay there again if we return to San Antonio!

My stay in San Antonio.

I want to thank our hosts for opening their home, it’s not always easy to do when you care about your house. But when you do open your home and treat your guests like family it shows. That’s what my family experienced with out stay. Yes we had a busy weekend planned already, but you guys made it feel great. Everything you did met expectations and your hospitality was the icing on the cake. The only complaint I can come up with was the weather in San Antonio, I would come back and stay at this location again and again! Thank you very much.

Cute older neighborhood home

This home is a cute updated older home located in a neighborhood. There is off street parking for 2 cars. We usually stay at places where you have the entire place and the check in process is done on your own..This took some adjusting to but the owners are very nice and welcoming. San Antonio was hot while we stayed and there were 3 window ac units that did all they could to keep up but could use a little help. Great kitchen space, beds were comfortable and the location was convenient. Overall a good value.

Fantastic Long Weekend in San Antonio

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in San Antonio staying in this accomodation! The property managers were fantastic to interact with. Everything was as advertised and they went above and beyond on several fronts to ensure that we had a successful vacation. As Described & More!

This cute, spacious rental was more than sufficient for my wife, myself and our adult daughter. It had everything needed plus a lot of special touches that you don't find in many rentals like labels on light switches. The upstairs location made it especially convenient to access Carlos and Nancy who were not only hospitable and gracious hosts, but we enjoyed getting to know a little bit in the brief time we were in San Antonio. They are very pleasant and amiable! If our travels ever bring us back to San Antonio, we WILL be staying here again!

We flew into San Antonio later in the evening, but were greeted by the owners upon arrival. Our place was very roomy and clean. The owners also gave us ideas of places to visit which was helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Locations is great because we were so close to Hwy! Lots of restaurants near by Owner was outside when we pulled in, she decided to walk us in, and show us the place. Only thing I was not aware was where to put my garbage. Owner did not call me back, but I assumed it wasn’t an issue. (Left inside apartment) Overall it was pretty good visit.

First Timers to San Antonio

We really enjoyed our stay! Carlos and Nancy met us when we arrived, and Nancy thoroughly explained everything and gave us great suggestions of places to see and restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised to find almost every place we wanted to see was less than 20 minutes away. The house was furnished well and felt like home. This was the first time we stayed in a home that was occupied on another level, so that was a bit unusual for us. Overall, it was ideal and we would stay there again!

The location was centrally located. Carlos and Nancy showed us around the unit when we arrived and made sure we had what we needed. Our family of six loved the 2nd floor apartment, it is very spacious and the pictures are an actual representation of the space, truly enjoyed the tower balcony area after a busy day and before getting the day started.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our hosts provided a binder filled with very thorough instructions on everything about the property. Fast response when we didn’t understand one feature of the TV remote. Suggest that ‘sticky’ front door be fixed; absolutely the only small issue to report.

Beautiful, clean & spacious!

Our family loved the 2nd floor apartment. It was very spacious with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, full kitchen & dining area. Also we loved the pretty balcony area. The hosts, Carlos & Nancy, were very nice and made sure we had everything needed. The only recommendation I would suggest to the hosts is that they replace the mattresses to something with a pillow top.

Why they chose this property

We bought this place because of its unique Spanish Colonial architecture despite it's rundown condition. The upstairs outdoor patio in the Tower caught my eye especially.

We invested significantly in its restoration to perhaps it's original beauty back in 1928 when it was built. I hope you love the results as we do.
