The Carriage House at Crisler Manor is a studio apartment complete with king size bed, kitchenette and bath with walk in shower. Enjoy the spa hot tub and grand porch as well. Conveniently located 2 miles from downtown, 1.5 miles to The Pearl and 8 minutes to the airport, you are in the Heart of Monte Vista, a National Historic neighborhood, fabulous for evening walks to nearby restaurants.

Our stay was comfortable and easy to reach from the airport. The bed and shower were all we could have asked for. Having a kitchen area that was complete with stove and microwave made eating in a breeze. Spending the evening relaxing in the hot tub completed the enjoyment of this place. The hosts were absolutely amazing and it was absolutely beautifully decorated and had everything I needed and more! I absolutely loved the hot tub!! I could not speak highly enough of how nice and accommodating the hosts are. I also used to live in San Antonio so I know this neighborhood is not only very safe but very nice and close to downtown and close to everything you’ll want to see and only like 10 minutes from the airport!! I can’t believe how affordable this place was! When I go back to San Antonio I will definitely be booking here again if it’s available

Love this cozy place. Very clean and had everything I needed. It was upstairs and the steps were kind of steep so if you have bad knees or struggle with steps, I would avoid. Also, I was not a huge fan with having to park my car on the street. That being said, there was a street light near so that was comforting. Also, I saw several people walking with pets at night so that told me the neighborhood was safe.The location was fairly close to downtown and very close to Trinity University. Overall I would recommend but want to be honest about the parking. If you’re okay with that, then this is the perfect getaway for a couple!!

The property was gorgeous and the apartment was very comfy and spacious. The stairs were a little steep but nothing crazy. We felt very safe even though we were very close to the downtown area. Absolutely loved the stay.

The Perfect Quiet Weekend

This property was so much more than I expected. Driving here and seeing the properties alone was impressive. Shirley was an incredible host, she was great with communication and I had complete privacy. There was a decent pizza place not too far. Overall, I would definitely stay again.
