Also, you will be able to enjoy a large sectional sofa, 83 inch smart flat screen T.V. with cable & surround sound that makes for a delightful place to entertain throughout the house. Turn on the outside music and get the waterfall flowing as you relax on the patio and swim with beautiful views of Camelback & the Phoenix Mtn Preserves in privacy or enjoy some rest in the bedroom which all have brand new quality mattresses for your comfort. Very spacious, beautiful home that we enjoyed very much. Had everything we could possibly need for our stay. Used the pool, jacuzzi, grill almost daily. Even had cute little bunnies that came into the yard every evening. Would definitely stay there again!

A great property in a great location. The hosts were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The house is laid out very well for larger groups - we had 6 and were never in each others’ way. Pool area also well designed allowing for sun or shade depending on time of day. Loved it.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! The layout was fantastic for our family. The pool and hot tub were excellent. Close to hiking trails. We would do the 5km loop to 32nd street then hike the Quartz Trail and back down 36nd street to the house. Great location! Thanks Dawn!

Exceeded our expectations from the second we walked in, and only got better after that! We were blown away by this well-supplied house: large and attractive and immaculately clean. We had seven stay for a family celebration and everyone enjoyed everything. Plenty of room for everyone to be as together or spread out as desired. We bought groceries and cooked some meals in the gorgeous kitchen, but then ordered in some meals, which we ate al fresco. The host communication was perfect, such a nice person! We would 100% stay at this property, with its delightfully warm and beautiful pool, again and also HIGHLY RECOMMEND it for anyone looking for a luxe getaway in sunny AZ!

The house is by far the best Vrbo we ever stayed bar none! Relaxing Spring Break Stay

Beautiful, well-appointed property in an amazing location! We appreciated our time in the gorgeous yard & pool.The property was incredibly clean, had many comfortable seating areas throughout and very comfortable beds and linens. There were several "above and beyond" touches everywhere in the home that made our stay extra special. The location was perfection for our active family. A hiking trail is accessible a short walk from the property, many options for shopping, recreation and dining a short drive or Waymo away. Dawn was very responsive and accommodating from booking through our stay!Highly recommend!

Girls weekend

We are not new to VRBO this is our third home that we have marketed through VRBO and finally have our dream home in a prime location of Paradise Valley which is between Scottsdale & Phoenix. We have been retired for 9 years, love to travel and rent through VRBO always.
