With little kids, beach days happen in 20-minute windows.
Instant toes in the sand.
Hit the beach. Visit great local playgrounds. Order in. Repeat. Some days are chaos. Some days are magical. Most are both. Saltwater breaths help. The goal isn't perfect beach days, it's present ones.
Need a snack? Forgot the sunscreen? Someone suddenly needs a nap? No problem. The patio is just steps away.
If we can make your vacation days easier, we call that a win!
— About the Townhouse —
Our beautiful and spacious 4-bedroom waterfront townhouse is a private end unit offering extra light, views, and plenty of room for families. The home features two King Primary Suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom — one conveniently located upstairs and one downstairs. Upstairs you’ll also find two large guest bedrooms, each with two queen beds, perfect for larger families or groups traveling together. One of these bedrooms connects directly to a full adjoining bathroom.
— Patio and Beach —
Our patio sits right on the white sand of Banana Bay’s private beach. The calm saltwater of the Intracoastal is perfect for little ones splashing in the shallows while they search for hermit crabs and collect seashells. As the day winds down, settle back on the patio with a cool drink and watch the sunset paint the water. Dolphins often pass by the patio with the tide — one of our guests’ favorite evening sights. Around here, the best entertainment is already included.
— Nearby Beaches —
Johnson's Beach is a short 5-minute drive away from the townhouse. Pack a picnic lunch and enjoy a day swimming and playing in the Gulf waters. The National Seashore has restrooms and picnic pavilions.
— Local Activities —
There are plenty of activities nearby for teens, families, and couples. Enjoy swimming, jet skiing, fishing, moonlight beach strolls, and summer concerts on Pensacola Beach. You can also explore eco-tours on Perdido Key or take a walk along the Perdido Key Discovery Trail to experience the area’s natural beauty. The Naval Aviation Museum — a favorite for both kids and adults — and the historic Pensacola Lighthouse are just 15 minutes away. Great golfing can be found just across the street at the Lost Key Golf course.
— Dining and Nearby Restaurants —
A short 5-minute walk from the townhouse takes you to the famous Perdido Key Oyster Bar Restaurant. For casual dinning the Sunset Grille at Holiday Harbor Marina is a short 5 minute drive away. There is an enclosed playground for the kids.
— Parking Information —
Our townhouse driveway provides parking for two cars. If additional space is needed, guest parking is available near the clubhouse and exercise room on a first-come, first-served basis. To help keep the community safe and accessible for everyone, RV’s, motorhomes, and trailers are not permitted, and parking on streets or grassy areas is not allowed under HOA guidelines.
