Perfect location within a great facility! Smooth check in. We appreciated having some beach chairs to use with our sunshade. All the beds were comfortable with the exception of the sofa bed, but we rarely find one that is. The sofa could use a good shampoo or a slip cover, but not a deal breaker. Otherwise, very clean and comfortable.

This was the perfect place for my family of 5. Great pool with slide, beach was so close and easily accessible. Place was clean, bright, and had everything we needed. Communication with goat was excellent!

Wonderful weekend

The property was beautiful and the place was decorated nicely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only trouble we had was with wifi.

The WiFi can be tricky, but that is a APATB provided perk and I do not have any control over it. There are tricks to staying connected, particularly going through the steps to confirm your connection through the web page pop-up. Or anyone can call Spectrum for help as well, they will help you white list your device (I think that is what it is called.)! Thank you for staying with us!

Perfect Family Vacation

The condo was even nicer than the beautiful photos! The whole place was spotless and clean, the beds were comfortable, the living area was plenty spacious. We were thrilled to have found such a cozy, comfortable place to stay while vacationing at the beach. The property is close to the stairs from the parking lot, and check in was a breeze.

Wonderful condo at APATB III

My family really enjoyed staying in this condo at Atlantic Beach! We love this complex and this condo is close to the pool and beach, while also being on the first floor. We had everything we needed and our boys enjoyed the indoor pool!

This was one of my favorite rentals at APATB. With bringing two young children, we really liked being so close to the pools and boardwalk. The condo has a great porch view over the pool, but close enough to hear the waves all day. We really appreciate how clean, comfortable, and well stocked the rental was. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect spot at the beach

We loved our stay here! The condo is well suited for families. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, mini golf, games in the condo on a rainy day, and the easy access to the beach. It's so nice that the older kids can have some independence getting around the property safely. We also enjoyed a trip to the aquarium during our stay. We can't wait to go back!
