Meloneras Hills 19 by VillaGranCanaria
New, fully refurbished and exclusively designed 4 bedroom house with a private pool, situated in theelegant area of the south of Gran Canaria called Meloneras. Nothing more than short walking distance to the beach, best bars, restaurants, boutiques or various spas of nearby 5* hotels.
Sea promenade with the best boutiques, cafe´s cannot be forgotten to be mentioned. If you like luxury to be enjoyed in the peaceful place, but not to be isolated from the outside world, this it the house and the place to stay in. The house counts on fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, big fridge +freezer, Nespresso coffee machine etc.
Living room equipped with DVD, satellite TV, iPod docking station and wifi. Please be aware that the fourth bedroom (to use if 8 people in the party) is a spacious bedroom with no windows & a bathroom, in the basement of the villa.
The property also counts on a heatable private pool (heating service not included in th rental price - optional surcharge)
Pool Features
Rectangular-shaped, roman steps to access the pool, heating service in the pool (optional) with a surcharge, poolside shower, 4 metres long, 2,50 metres wide and 1,60 metres deep.
Included Services:
* Personal Welcome / Key delivery until 20.00
* Our exclusive "Welcome Pack" consisting of the basic products for the first day.
* Our special daily fresh bread service (delivered early in the morning).
* Full weekly cleaning (after 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels included only for stays longer than 1 week.
* 1 Cot and Highchair available free of charge on request. The second cot and high chair has an extra cost of 10.00€ per day (for both).
*** A security 400€ deposit is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection.
*** One dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the whole duration of the stay.
