Loved our stay. The owners were really good at communication, very helpful with information and access. Thank you very much for all your help. The apartment was great! It was spacious, airy and full of light. It had all we needed. There was a handy little grocery shop nearby for all sorts, a baker across the road, caterer next to that and lots of restaurants. The beach was really close and very lovely. St Jean de Luz is a half hour walk and is also really nice, full of shops and restaurants and lovely beach too. Our teenagers took surf lessons for the first week and a paramoteur ride the following. 2 weeks flew by. I’d recommend for sure and would love to come back. 40mins or so drive to San Sebastián airport or 3 buses.
Lovely long terrace, perfect for outdoor eating. Well equipped kitchen. Good sized bedrooms. Felt safe and secure. Nice restaurants nesrby.

A wonderful penthouse apartment in Uruggne, Socoa Beach, France (near St. Jean de Luz)
We absolutely loved the apartment which was huge and modern with a lovely view of the little town of Uruggne (just south of St. Jean de Luz). We wanted a quiet town instead of a bustling city and found that in Socoa with its small inviting beach. A couple of great local restaurants near the Fort and with St. Jean de Luz (a mere 1-2 km away), we never hurt for food choices. The apartment is very secure and would be great for a family on holiday. Property was clean and very well managed. An elevator connects you directly from the garage to your front door. There is a lovely balcony with tables and a new BBQ. Jeanine and her son, Pierre, were quite helpful in locating nearby adventures. There is a small Carrefour just around the corner but we found the local neighborhood market across the street most inviting. There is a school within earshot of the building which could be distracting but since we were out and about most of the time, it did not bother us. Yes, we would definitely stay there again. Merci to both Jeanine and Pierre.

Wij hebben een prima verblijf gehad dicht bij St.Jean du Luz.Een vriendelijk onvangst van Nerea (de host) met tips voor ons verblijf.het contact met Nerea was voor en tijdens ons verblijf prima.St.Jean du Luz hebben wij regelmatig bezocht. Dit is een leuke wandeling van 25 min.Met de bakker en een supermarkt om de hoek.het strand van Socoa is echt een paar minuten lopen. Het heeft een 2 strandtenten en toiletten.'s-avonds is het en leuke wandeling naar de restaurants en de burcht van Socoa.Het huis is ruim met goede bedden.
Très bon séjour, l'appartement est très bien avec une grande terrasse côté ouest.Mezzanine ouverte sur le salon avec 2 lits simple. La situation est idéale.

Location très bien située, proche de la plage, balades et commodités. Parking 2 places.A revoir certains équipements manquants ou défaillants que le locataire se charge de rectifier.Bon accueil à l'arrivée
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour .L’appartement est très bien situé à deux minutes de la plage de Ciboure.L’appartement est très clair avec une vue dégagée et spacieux.Les lits sont confortables.Les propriétaires sont charmants .Séjour impeccable.
Nous avons vécu un superbe séjour dans ce superbe appartement. Les hôtes sont formidables, l'appartement aussi, la localisation, la terrasse, la vue... rien à dire :une pépite !Merci encore, nous reviendrons !
Tés bel appartement confortable, bien équipé, propre avec une grande terrasse que nous avons même pu utiliser en février. il est situé proche des commerces et de la plage.la vue de la route de la corniche pour se rendre à St jean de Luz est à couper le souffle. Notre hôte nous a accueillis chaleureusement et est très disponible. je recommande vivement cet endroit.
L'appartement est très grand avec une très belle vue. Et idéalement situé : 3 boulangeries, 1 supérette et 1 pharmacie. La mezzanine n'est pas adaptée aux enfants en bas âge.
Idéalement situé , appartement spacieux et lumineux bien aménagé avec une magnifique et grande terrasse. Seuls petits points négatifs : ménage un peu survolé et certains équipements qui mériteraient d’être changés . Mais je recommande quand même fortement cet appartement et hôte charmante
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est spacieux, bien agencé avec une grande terrasse. La vue est sympa et les commerces sont proches. La plage est juste à côté. Nous avons été bien accueilli et nous recommandons.
Appartement spacieux, bien agencé, lumineux, bref très agréable. Il ne manque rien. Les literies sont bonnes. Le garage et le terrasse sont un plus très pratiques car en pleine saison les places de stationnement doivent être limitées.
Commerces en bas de l’immeuble ( boulangerie, supérette, cafés…) très pratique. Bien placé pour visiter la région.
Les hôtes sont sympathiques et réactifs aux demandes.
Région magnifique où les possibilités de visites sont nombreuses.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce lieu que nous ne connaissions pas. L'appartement est spacieux, confortable et surtout très bien situé. Nous avons tout fait à pied: plage, courses, restaurants. Les environs sont aussi très beaux.
