Einfaches, sehr zentral gelegenes Appartement

3 minuten vom Strand entfernt, mitten in einer Zone mit vielen Pubs, Lärm bis ca 2 Uhr Nachts. App. ist 3 Stock ohne Aufzug. Parken oder auch aus- und einladen sehr schwierig. Einfaches Mobiliar, aber es hat Herd, Ofen, Toaster, Mikro, Waschmaschine, Föhn, Bettwäsche, keine Spülmaschine.

Merci Nicola pour votre retour. Nous essayons d’être le plus précis possible. Oui l’appartement est à proximité immédiate des plages, dans un quartier vivant la nuit. Les fenêtres double vitrage atténue très fortement le bruit. Comme indiqué dans l’annonce, il est situé au 3 étage sans ascenseur. La rue est piétonne, le déchargement des bagages depuis l'entrée de la rue est facile puisqu'il y a environ 50metres de distance. Je ne pense pas que cela soit tres difficile de marcher 50 metres avec des valises. A bientôt

Très bon rapport qualité prix

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances. L’appartement est idéalement situé à côté des bars et restaurant ainsi que de la plage a même pas 300 mètres. Le logement est conforme aux photos, propre et bien équipé. Merci à Florian & Nicolas, nous reviendrons sans hésiter à l’occasion !
