Labahia 114 best views around

Unit #114 is a large wonderful condo . It is located towards Ft Pickens on the Sound side with a shallow beach for launching your wave runner, wading with the toddlers or for crabbing. At the same time it is only 250 yards from the Gulf of Mexico beach for surfing, shelling or just lying around. We have a couple bikes, 2 SUP's, some beach chairs and floaters, etc for your enjoyment.

We are less than half a mile from Peg Leg Pete's oyster and seafood bar/restaurant and only a couple miles from the main boardwalk with restaurants, clubs, shops, rentals for water sports, mini golf, fishing pier, and deep sea fishing charters. There is a great paved path for walking, jogging, skating, or biking which runs from in front of our condo for 10 miles, past the main boardwalk. Downtown Pensacola is only 20 minutes.

We have accommodated our unit as a second home for ourselves ... not a rental. This means we have great appliances and upscale amenities. Full cooking and serving dishes as well as place settings for 12 plus. Built for a crowd.
There is an additional $180 cleaning fee Ito be left in the condo when you vacate.

Beautiful Home

This home was Wonderful the views on the 3rd floor deck are amazing… The home has a lot of space and has everything you need to have a great vacation plenty of cooking items, blankets, pillows along with kayaks, beach chairs and umbrellas. The owners are easy to work with and are very nice. I definitely would recommend this home to all my friends and family

Annual Family Gathering

This condo is awesome! Great location for both the adults and the kiddos. Condo was clean and perfect for our annual family gathering on Pensacola Beach. Will definitely book again next year! We had a “user error” snafu with the dishwasher and owner returned our message almost immediately—dishwasher worked fine. Can’t say enough—or wait to go back!

Amazing

We had an amazing time here. The condo was spacious and very clean. It has 4 balconies, one which we didn’t even realize was there until day 2. The balcony is just steps from the bay. Our son could fish on the bay while we sat on the balcony watching him. The whole area felt very safe. We will definitely be coming back in the future

Best vacation rental

Towels, toilet paper, paper towels…. Enough for everyone. We didn’t have to rush to the store because the property is so well stocked. Everything you need from the essentials to the fun stuff. Lots of beach equipment- something for everyone - adults, teens, and little kids too. The balconies are great, and the short walk to the beach was a HUGE plus. I’ll never stay anywhere else in Pensacola!

A wonderful place!!

The listing is accurate, communication was easy and fast and the location is wonderful!! The home comes fully furnished with everything you need. The outside top floor balcony was a wonderful place to watch sunsets. I loved being on the bay side for the small children and I also loved how the gulf side beach was such a short walk away. They had some damage from a storm a few months ago so there was some construction going on but it wasn't too bad. I think this place is in the perfect location if you're wanting to go to Pensacola. Enjoyed having a pool as well. Really, you just can't beat this place!!

Beautiful and clean Condo with amazing view!

The owners very attentive and allowed our sister to go by and look at their place because we were going to bring our 98-year-old dad and wanted to make sure he could do the stairs. The condo is well equipped with anything you may need. If I could give them more starts I would!! 10 star property!!

Best condo on Fort Pickens

This condo exceeded our expectations! It is fully stocked from kitchen, to towels and linens, beach toys, food, spices dishes - everything! It has updated bedding, as well as a lot of extras not listed. Very clean, everything works as it should and is perfectly located on the bay with beach access directly across the street!

Paradise Within Paradise

Easy reservation process. Very friendly and accommodating owners. The condo was spacious, clean, and had every appliance and kitchenware imaginable. The third floor deck provided a view of the sound and sunsets that was unique to Pensacola Beach.

Perfect rental for a quiet multi family trip

We travel yearly to Pensacola Beach for a family vacation, 2 families of 5 with children from 2-9 years old. This rental met ALL of our needs. Location is perfect and the reason we have returned to LA Bahia for the second time and have already booked next year. Right on the bay with beach access out the back door and just across the street from an undeveloped section of gulf Beach. We go to spend time on the beach and less for activities and sight seeing. This is perfect for doing that. Our typical day was morning on the gulf, bay in the afternoon, and pool in the evening. We were all exhausted by the end of the week but had a blast. The rooftop deck is a great place for the adults in the evenings. This is a nice older unit, nothing fancy, but a great affordable option for a family vacation without the crowds of most popular complexes and condos. Two full size fridges were a bonus not listed in amenities, one being downstairs. Dealing with owners was a very pleasant experience. Hope you enjoy.

Excellent property!

Great VRBO, very well stocked with everything you could need. Love the location with the ocean on one side and the bay on the other. Beautiful view from upper deck of both. Would definitely recommend!
