Large Recreational Retreat

This is a unique large recreational and spiritual retreat property. We are located on over 5 acres in a wooded & countryside setting, along with a 5600+ Sq Ft open floor plan home. We can create a fun atmosphere on this recreational property, along with a peaceful & private setting for our guest host. Our group takes pride in working closely with our guest and customizing each groups stay. We are not your typical rental property & as we have the ability to customize & accommodate large groups and events.

You wouldn't need to leave the property, but you can also enjoy the charming river towns on the St. Croix River (minutes away) and or the city life in Minneapolis/St. Paul.

The feature gathering room is a large fully equipped kitchen, with an open with an industrial oven, six burners, griddle and steamer. Plenty of space for large groups to hang out and socialize together. This spaces also leads directly out to the pool patio and outdoor kitchen.

The house includes 5 private bedrooms, 3 additional sleeping rooms, with 14 beds plus (we customize per group). Plenty of room for up to 24 people to stay in the house comfortably (extra fees for over 14 guests) . We can accommodate more overnight guest upon request. We also can make arrangements with RVs, tents and offer our large outbuilding, as rental add ons.

Rest on one of the many couches and take in a game, movie or show on one of the many screens.

Enjoy the outdoor kitchen, pool, hot tub, TV, patio and putting green, which are all located right outside the large sliding glass door, just a few steps from the large indoor kitchen.

Outdoor recreation and games include a putting green, unique wiffleball field (gray monster), trampoline, playground, turf, and hammocks.

This is truly a unique space & fun atmosphere for large groups who enjoy the outdoors. Also a great place for wellness retreats, men/women/couple getaways, wedding parties, team building, family reunions, golf getaways, and events. We can turn the space into the atmosphere you and your group are looking for, as we take pride in working with our groups and guests to customize stays. However, this app is hard to work with on special events, and does not allow us to work through details, true numbers of guest/group sizes without booking first. Once booked we will discuss your goals and atmosphere you are looking for in detail.

Transparent NOTE: We are NOT interested in working or hosting High Maintenance Maniacs: We are not the property for the social media moms and those looking for a luxury art decor house to boost to their friends. We are a for those looking for a recreational and spiritual atmosphere, as well as an outdoor property for large groups who enjoy gathering in a laid back setting.

We are a property with many beds available. Note: Not all our beds (over 20 mattresses) are 5 star resort beds, but we do have the ability to customize your stay. your set up, your beds, and accommodate most large groups request. We customize all stays and work close with our groups, but are not willing to deal with demanding high maintenance individuals or groups!

Due to a few extortionist and past high maintenance reservations through this APP, we do require all our guests to speak with us in detail about the property, within a week of booking and again 30 days prior to their stay (or the refund deadline). We ask this to make sure our property is a good fit for their group. We are not for everyone and we do not want any one to spend time or money on a property and stay that isn't a fit for their group. We take pride in working closely with our groups to make it a truly valuable and memorable stay.
