The master bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed, while the guest room offers a comfortable full-sized bed. There’s additional sleeping space for 2 small kids on the full-size convertible bed in the living room. Each room is designed for comfort, with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and modern amenities including satellite TV in both the living room and master bedroom.

One of the highlights of Castaway is the 50-foot dock with easy access to both the ocean and gulf, just 5 minutes away. Enjoy fishing right from the dock, shaded afternoons and evenings perfect for outdoor dining, and water activities such as swimming and kayaking. The dock is equipped with low-voltage lighting, a fish cleaning station, rod holders, and 30-amp power for larger boats. You can even dock your boat (up to 37 feet) and enjoy the convenience of water and electricity right at the dock.

The property also features a waterside patio with a gas grill—ideal for cooking up your day’s catch and enjoying the sunset. For adventurous guests, a 2-person kayak is available for use.

Castaway is perfectly situated in a world-renowned area for fishing, boating, diving, and snorkeling, with local charter operators offering a variety of excursions.

- Please follow all rules and regulations, as we will have to enforce the highest Penalty if any are broken.

- Rentals are Saturday to Saturday (7-night minimum)

- Check-in: 4:00 PM on the day of arrival (please note during high season, check-in may be delayed until 5:00 PM)

- Check-out: 10:00 AM on the day of departure

- Dog friendly with restrictions: A non-refundable, taxable pet fee applies based on breed, size, and number of dogs (maximum of 2)

Special Reminder:

Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter set of items, including soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests are responsible for providing additional supplies for the remainder of their stay. Starter items are typically located in the bathrooms, at the kitchen sink, and in the laundry area.

This property is dog friendly, but please review the following guidelines regarding pet approval and fees:

- You must indicate that you are bringing a dog when booking; however, pet fees are never included during the booking process.

- Regardless of whether you book directly with us or through a third party site, all pet fees are added after the reservation is made.

- All dogs must be approved prior to booking, and breed restrictions may apply due to insurance guidelines.

- Pet fees are non-refundable, taxable, and charged per dog, with pricing based on breed and weight. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed. (maximum pet weight allowed per pet is 60 pounds)

- This property is dog friendly only—no cats or other animals are permitted.

- Failure to disclose a dog and pay the required pet fee may result in additional charges up to $500 and immediate eviction without refund.

By booking this property—whether directly with us or through a third party site—you and your party expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions. A deposit or completed booking serves as acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms. After your reservation is confirmed, the Terms and Conditions will be sent to you via an e-sign document, which is required to be completed. If the e-sign is not completed, access to the virtual guidebook and arrival details will not be provided. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
