This was a quirky little cottage. The view was wonderful and there was a private hot tub which was perfect for cooler nights after hiking. The cottage is a bit outdated and had a musty smell, but it had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend. Having to pick the keys up and drop them back at the office was a bit out of the way - I would suggest a lockbox or keypad situation.

Reviewer Comments:
Had a great time at Stagecoach Express with some friends and their little one. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the fireplace. The view overlooking the lake is incredible, and very nice to wake up to. The couches and beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. Overall, the place is a bit dated, but met all of our needs for the weekend!
Nice accommodations with a lovely view. Accurate VRBO description and fair price. As noted, one of the bedrooms is an open loft above the living area, but it is quite private and has it's own bath adjacent. If you have individuals in your party that have trouble with stairs, this might not be for you, as all bedrooms and baths were either one set of stairs up or down from the main living area. The property management team was easily accessible and ready to help. We hope to be back.

Not as advertised
The property is really outdated, maybe the pictures are old. The was a small TV in the living room that did not work. Downstairs room had a TV with a VCR player. Hot tub was on the older side and didn’t look inviting,
so we didn’t even bother with it. The was a large rug hanging on the wall in the dining area which I’m sure was there to cover holes in the wall. Bottom line, the place isn’t the worst, but for the price we paid, could have stayed somewhere nicer and newer

Misleading pics very outdated
The property appears very outdated and tired. Knobs missing on furniture beds stiff as a board Cobwebs everywhere. The hot tub needed another 12 inches of water. The only thing this place has going for it is it’s location and the view.

Reviewer Comments:
Very good views and decent place for vacation but oversold and overpriced for condition, age, decor and most especially, ancient and very poorly balanced heating system...
Enjoyed staying up the mountain, we had a great view and were super close to everything!

Reviewer Comments:
The place was nice and in good condition. The write-up made it seem it was within easy walking distance to the stagecoach express lift. The location made this very difficult in the snow. In the spring it would be a great walk. We are used to Whistler where you can park your car and not use it for a week. If that is your goal this is not the place. Great views tho and hot tub as advertised. We chose Heavenly because it was in the states and with COVID it was an easier travel destination. Will stick with Whistler in the future because of all the driving involved here.
Good location and cute house, no major issues.
It's located in a complex of vacation homes, i.e. not a standalone property.
Some minor things to be aware of: 1) it's not obvious from the pics but one of the bedrooms is not really private - it's an open bedroom on the second floor 2) The wifi is too weak to watch any movies, you'll have to rely on your hotspot 3) the garbage disposal is difficult to find - the switch is behind the microwave.
