My family for generations have lived on MDI My Mom and Sister owned Bees Candy Store for years, the oldest store in B.H. When not working on properties I own I give my time and finances to non profits on the Island, Rotary, Y.M.C.A. etc. I will meet you in a day or 2 after arrival or on the day. We provide you with a parking spot down town if needed, I set down with you to answer any questions you might have. I will tell you what I would do if I only had a week here. Just call if you need anything.
Why they chose this property
This home is very clean, we clean it our self's, most if not all are reviews say this. We do have a privet parking spot center of town if you need to use it. I chose this location to build this home because it is so private, and close to down town. On the outside decks looking over Acadia, no one can see you, ther are no real close neighbors. You can walk into the park, and only 2 miles to the closest entrance to the Carriage tails, (55 miles of gravel roads through out the park, a must)
What makes this property unique
This home is built for comfort, relaxing on the decks and the views. Nice hard wood floors, 10 foot ceiling's in the living areas, and views from every room. You are in town but feel by the privacy you are out of town. The home overlooks Kebo Golf Course, Acadia National Park and Cadillac Mountain. The home being on a hill has nice breeze all summer long. As a crow flies the home is about half mile from the ocean. A small ocean view but not much. Setting on the back deck 40 feet long you can see a Door and Cadillac mountain, back 9 of Kebo golf course, and the valley going into Sieur de Mont springs., and the Paradise Hill overlook.
