Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer this unique 3 bed, 3.5 bath home, just a block from the ocean and a stroll from the Pier Village. Big Oak on Butler appears serious on the outside, but features a colorful and playful interior. Big Oak has everything needed for a great vacation! You will be amazed at the artwork and owner’s personal beach themed items that are on display.

The first level features the Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Den, Laundry Room and a large Master bedroom with King bed and en-suite bath. The second floor has a guest room with 2 twin beds and en-suite bath and the second guest bedroom with twin beds. There is even a little hide-away bed if you are looking for a personal reading nook.

The home is well appointed with 3 TVs, gas grill, endless supply of cookware and a super nice patio with seating. Big Oak on Butler is literally steps away from local village restaurants, boutique shops, Neptune Fun Zone Park, and the community playground. Fireplace is decorative only. Located at 411 Butler Avenue, "Big Oak" can be your personal treehouse!

• Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• No pets are allowed in this unit.
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Please do not park on grass.

We Went On a Cruise and Ended Up At St Simon Island

We loved the great location of this house. We could just walk all over the downtown area and the beach and pier. We did drive to other areas, but some days we didn’t need a car.The house was decorated beyond what you can imagine. I was continually finding new items that I hadn’t seen before. The house had great space for our group. The bedrooms were all great and worked for our group. We really appreciated the 3 1/2 bathrooms. The WiFi worked great along with the AC and heat. (We needed both.) Washer & dryer were great.

The house is in an ideal location for walking to restaurants and shops and is beautifully decorated with interesting artwork and antiques. It's a very comfortable place with everything we needed for our stay. We have loved SSI for many years and will be back!

Quirky house, but very comfortable!

I think it would take several stays to actually see all the decorations in the house. Very comfortable stay. Within walking distance to the pier and main drag. Great crabbing from the pier. We’ll probably be back!

Fun family experience!

We had a great time. The house is perfect and the location was great. Easy to walk to the beach, restaurants or shopping. This property is very spacious and had everything we needed, right down to puzzles, cards and a book with jokes and riddles. If you are traveling with friends or family, this house is perfect. We loved it!

Lastly, there were bikes locked in the garage. There was guidance on how to wash them after use, but no guidance on how to unlock them and use them.
