Welcome to Horizon 360, a modern yet rustic newly renovated beach house. This home is perfect for active families and features a large deck to enjoy meals and listen to the waves, 2 ample bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, and full-sized washer and dryer. You can rest easy on organic cotton sheets, all-cotton bedding, and comfortable non-toxic mattresses. We care so much about your family & have carefully chosen non-toxic & fragrance-free cleaning products and soaps.👍
~Sheets (organic and super soft), towels (GOTS certified, organic cotton), robes (organic), and beach towels (all cotton) are provided. Cleaning products are non-toxic and fragrance-free---we love essential oils (EOs). Bring your own Eos and use our diffuser. 🌼
~In addition to your comfort, we also care about your safety. We utilize video doorbell at the entrance of the front deck, while the condo & decks are private, relaxing, and have great views.

~The flights of stairs to get to the 3rd floor are for active families as there is no elevator. 💪
~There is also a trail around Carolina Lake (directly across the street) that is perfect for skateboarding, biking, walking and running. The ecosystem around the freshwater lake is fascinating and perfect for nature lovers and bird watchers alike. A special treat is to take a walk at night as the lake will transform into a bug/frog concert. 🐸
~The entrance to the beach access is directly across the street, so you are just a few steps to get your toes in the sand. Thankfully it's so close, you won't break your arms carrying stuff to the beach. Don't worry, we have comfy beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, & a cooler so you don't need to bring so much stuff on vacation!🏝
~There are bike racks under the condo community so you are welcome to bring your bikes! 🚲
~The beach access is less than 100 feet away, and the lake, restaurants, coffee shops and boardwalk within easy walking distance (not to mention farmers market, live music and even outdoor movie nights), it's impossible to find a better location on a quiet one-way street.
~You and your family can stroll Carolina Beach boardwalk (2 blocks away) where you can shop, eat, and enjoy the ocean views.
~No pets are allowed, but we can recommend some great boarding on the island where you can still visit and love on your fur baby!🚫

We had a wonderful stay. The condo had everything we needed and more. We really appreciated having the reverse osmosis drinking water available, it saved on buying filtered drinking water at the store. We loved having all the clean laundry, soap, and other products available there for us as well. The proximity to beach access was so nice! Beds and pillows were comfy. The video game table was a hit with the kids. Bethany was a great host and easy to contact. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Fantastic summer vacation spot

Our stay at Horizons 360 was wonderful. The property was very clean. There were beach towels (as well as bath towels) and beach chairs as well as other beach items we didn't use. The kids enjoyed the pool (basic 16X30 rectangular pool) There were plenty of supplies to last the week (trash bags, diswasher soap, even shampoo/conditioner/body wash) Yes, it is on the 3rd floor which is a lot of steps, but the view is even better than the photos show. Contact with the owner was fast and efficient. Being right across the beach was awesome, and the boardwalk was about the equivalent of 2 blocks away which is great! All 3 tvs are smart TVs, the water was hot even for 6 showers, AC was cool :) Wonderful location, wonderful family vacation!

We enjoyed our stay! The deck gave us a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was just steps away from the beach. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again!

Perfect beach condo in the heart of Carolina Beach

I booked this property for my sister, nieces and I for our weekend beach getaway. Unfortunately, they weren't able to make it, so I vacationed here alone. This place is nicely decorated and updated. I appreciated the organic linens and the mattress and pillows in the master bedroom were very comfortable. There's two bathrooms, a very spacious deck looking out to the ocean, and another smaller deck in the other bedroom overlooking the small lake. I was able to walk almost everywhere. The Veggie Wagon, Kate's Pancake House, Hang Ten grill and The Fat Pelican, are a few of my favorite spots nearby. The beach access is just steps away, it was so wonderful not having to hunt for a parking spot. Bethany, the host, was very nice and responsive when I had questions. I would definitely book this condo again.

Great experience

This was an amazing experience. The location and space was perfect. I would caution folks that this unit is on the 3rd floor, PLUS the underground parking so you are walking up 4flights of stairs. While the views and balcony were beautiful, I wouldn’t necessarily choose it again.

Perfect for families

Our family of four (kids aged 7 and 10) had an amazing stay at this beach condo in Carolina Beach. The booking process was easy, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, with the beach right across the street and the lake/park behind it. We could walk to the boardwalk in less than 10 minutes and only used our car once for a grocery run. The condo provided everything you could think of, including laundry products, dishwashing supplies, toiletries, and cleaning supplies (all eco-friendly!), which was a pleasant surprise. We also loved the arcade game in the condo, which added extra fun to our stay. Bethany was very friendly and quick to respond to our messages. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again. Highly recommend!

Wonderful condo

Wonderful condo steps away from the beach! This place had everything we needed & more. I’m very sensitive to fragrances and the owner made sure all the towels & linens were washed in fragrant free detergent prior to our arrival. It was especially nice having the beach chairs, toys, and umbrella to use and not having to bring our own. We will be back!!

Don’t look any further

This is a great place to stay! Very clean. It has everything you could need even a fan if you forget yours. The bed is comfortable. Location is great and a short distance to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

All Around Greatness

We really enjoyed our quick weekend stay. We wanted something centrally located and that's exactly what we got - the beach, the lake/playground and boardwalk all very close. Condo is exactly as described - it's updated and in great condition, its extremely clean and has all of the basics and then some. The host was extremely responsive and sent easy to follow instructions and information. We'll definitely stay here again.

Felt like home!

I can’t say enough about our stay. We rent often and for our large family this was comfortable with the perfect amount of sleeping spaces. The kids had a great time with the puzzles and games, kitchen well stocked, accommodating, close to restaurants and fun, GORGEOUS view of the ocean. I can go on and on. The visit was too short and we would love to go back!

Great find

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the little details were appreciated from the coffee bar all the way down to the shampoo and soap dispensers in the showers. The large porch was the perfect place to wind down and the craft fair was right across the street. The location was amazing as we were directly across from the beach access and a five minute walk to the boardwalk. We look forward to staying at this property again in the future.

Great stay!

We stayed here with my 6 year old son and 9 month old daughter. My son loved the arcade table and games! It was very helpful that baby items and beach items were also provided. Loved the big umbrella for keeping the little one cool. Location was great and place was clean. Bethany was great with accommodating us. Would definitely stay here again!

Close to everything with an ocean view

Everything about the stay was perfect. It’s on the top floor with a great balcony and ocean view. The pictures impressed me but the condo was even better than I imagined. Great pool, short walk to the beach, and near bars & restaurants. The beach gear was a nice plus. I would highly recommend this wonderful place.

Beautiful location

Everything was exactly as described! Bethany was quick to respond when I had a question and the house is fully equipped with everything you need from books to kitchen supplies and even a little bin with “extras.” The view to the beach is beautiful and the balcony was great for viewing the fireworks.

Walk to whatever pleases you

This property is set on the second row with a beach access within feet of the front door. Although it has three flights of steps, it has a private porch and easy access. Restaurants, the boardwalk, stores, and ice cream shops are just a short walk. You don't have to move your vehicle all week unless you want to go to the grocery store 2 miles away. Definitely a great setup for a family vacation.

Introducing Papa & Mama Bear Sprague. We (aka Chip & Bethany) are parents of 2 bright & amazing children and have had the exciting opportunity to stay in short-term rentals all over the world! We have seen some great places & places we have major concerns about. As we have traveled, we always consider ways to make the Vacation setting healthier! Bethany is an Integrative nurse practitioner and is keenly aware of toxic burdens’ effect on the body. Chip is a certified healthy home inspector and is trained to find safety issues in homes. Together they have decided to only promote vacation homes that are safe and as non-toxic as possible. Careful consideration and research have gone into construction materials, furniture, and even how the home is cleaned. Our goal is to have a safe & healthy vacation experience for our family & yours! The Sprague Family lives in Huntersville NC with their 2 dogs, 2 ducks, & 2 rabbits.

Why they chose this property

We loved the location. Close to everything, yet the beach is never crowded (we even have pics to prove it on July 4th). The Carolina Beach Lake Park is across the street and the views looking over the lake at the sunsets are spectacular! Sunrises and watching dolphins on the front deck never get boring either. This is the reason why we named it "Horizon 360." I feel comfortable letting my young kids play in the quiet one-way street below the condo practicing their skateboards & biking. This is a great family-friendly area & we love to escape reality here. We are now excited to share this condo with your family!
