In Vertbois on the island of Oléron, single storey house of 110m2 on closed plot of 1500m2 in a quiet area less than 1km from the beach and 3km from shops.

Living room with fully equipped American kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker), 2 shower rooms, 1 separate WC, 4 bedrooms including 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed + 1 single bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed and an extra bedroom with sofa bed and cot.

Included services:
Wi-fi, TV with chromecast, PS3 console with blue ray player (large collection of games and films), garden furniture, barbecue, table tennis table.
Baby equipment.

Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants. However, a cleaning package can be purchased as an option for 90 €.

Household linen is not provided. Again, optionally, it can be made available. Contact us for a quote as needed.

Maison idéale pour les vacances. Bien placée et bien agencée pour y séjourner.Il est utile de préciser que pour les deux chambres du fond, il faut passer dans l’une pour accéder à la deuxième. Hote très réactif et à l’écoute. Personne sur place particulièrement bienveillante. Nous avons passé un super séjour !

Séjour très agréable du fait de la proximité de la plage (5 min en vélos) dans une maison familiale bien équipée, pratique et calme. Grand jardin - équipement : vélos - poing pong - barbecue ... Maison restée plutot fraiche malgré la chaleur. Nous recommandons

Un emplacement au top

Très belle maison avec un très grand jardin. Tout l équipement et le confort. Parfait. La plage a 10 minutes à pieds. Seul bémol, un seul jeu de clé. Un deuxième serait plus confortable pour aller et venir. Je recommande pour découvrir oleron en famille ou entre amis.

Très belle location, idéale pour une famille avec jeunes enfants, très bien équipée, proche plages

Cette location nous a permis de découvrir Oléron en familles, la maison est grande avec ses 4 chambres, elle a tous les équipements au salon, en cuisine, dans les salles de bain. Très grand jardin. Proximité des plages, des pistes vélo; le super marché, les commerces et Dolus ne sont pas loin. Nous avons fait un très bon séjour.

Très bon séjour

Super séjour dans une maison très agréable et idéale pour des vacances réussies. Maison bien équipée et nombreux équipements de loisir à disposition (vélos, ping pong, raquettes tennis, jeux société....)
