This home is perfect for a couples getaway! There is 1 bedroom with a king size bed and luxurious memory foam topper. The bathroom with a tub/shower combo is located just outside the bedroom.

Open concept living area with beautiful views of the ocean through the large picture windows. Internet is included with your stay. The kitchen has been updated with adorable painted cabinets and granite countertops, but still maintains the "Old Florida" charm. Everything you need to prepare meals at home is at your fingertips. *Please note, there is no dishwasher or ice maker.* This home also comes with a full size washer and dryer. Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. Starter supply of paper products is also provided.
Enjoy the sound of the waves on your ocean front deck with private boardwalk to the beach. There's plenty of seating on the deck and a tabletop Chargril grill to cook up your fresh catch.

This home offers easy accessibility - there are no stairs to climb!

This home is pet friendly and allows (1) dog for a $75.00 non-refundable pet fee. If you have any additional pets please contact me and we can discuss.

This apartment is one of 3 units in the house. The upstairs apartment is the owner's quarters and is not available to rent. Two apartments are located at ground level and both are rented throughout the year. The adjoining property VRBO number is 1763003.

Great Honeymoon and quiet vacation location

Perfect location, great access to the beach and island amenities. This was the ideal location for a quiet and relaxing honeymoon while exploring the nature areas, fishing, and food. Hosts were kind and willing to answer any questions. We went during the week of the 4th and were still able to enjoy the festivities without it being too crowded on the island. Would definitely / already dreaming of going back.

Yes, I will stay here again and again!

This is the closest to the ocean we have ever stayed. Great view, dolphins daily, with the sounds of the ocean 24/7. Very nice covered deck if you don’t take the 50 strides to the ocean. Large kitchen… plenty of large and small pots, pans, dishes, bowls, utensils, coffee pots… good appliances. Comfortable king bed and living area, and nice towels!The owners were wonderful… easy to contact, so helpful… Yes I will stay here again and again!

Best Cottage on the Beach

This lovely cottage was just perfect for our late summer visit to the Island. Clean, comfortable, well equipped, comfortable bed, everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The owner was very accommodating and insured we had everything that we needed. I can’t wait to go back!

Excellent on the beach property

Where do I start, our stay was perfect. Our hosts were so attentive and kind. We loved this property, clean, quiet and absolutely perfect for us. We love being right on the beach and this is exactly what we asked for. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting privacy and access to a beautiful beach. Our little dog Belle loved being here as well. St. George Island is one of a kind and we enjoyed it all.

Beachfront Bliss

The apartment was just the right size for my husband and I and our dog. I loved being right on the beach with no steps to the house or the beach! St. George Island is very casual and laid back and not crowded. We love it there and we always enjoy our time there.

Perfect stay on SGI. How can you beat walking out your door to the beautiful gulf beach. The condo had everything we needed. Kitchen had all the appliances and equipment you need. We will be back.

Outstanding property on SGI!

We have been coming to SGI for almost 30 years and this was our favorite all time place. The hosts made our week super easy and having the opportunity to be literally a few steps to the water was so nice. The property is very well maintained and we look forward to staying again next year.

Peaceful Paradise

This was our first time visiting St George Island and we will be back! This property did not disappoint it is located directly on the beach! We had a fabulous front seat view of the sunrise. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Great beach stay

This is a great rental. You can’t beat the location being ground level on the beach. The porch is shaded and makes a great place to sit, relax and people watch. You can easily walk out on the beach for a day in the sand or you can simply sit and relax on the porch. Highly recommend if you are looking for a clean, nice place for just two.
