Rent contemporary house ANY COMFORT located in a quiet place sheltered from the wind in an enclosed garden.
It is fully equipped: kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven, induction hob) living room, living room with TV and DVD player.
2 bedrooms with 160x200 bed and one bedroom with 2 90x190 beds
2 bathrooms (2 showers + 1 corner bath). 2 separate toilets
Upstairs, mezzanine (with sofa bed + TV) with sea view
Outside, terrace, barbecue, tables and chairs, sunbathing.
BEDS ARE MADE ON ARRIVAL. HOUSEHOLD LINEN IS PROVIDED (SHEETS, DUVET COVERS, TOWELS ...). For baby, cot and high chair provided.
Washing machine and different bikes depending on age available. .
3 accessible beaches nearby. Pets are allowed.
1 km, surf and paddle school in Boutrouilles.
Regarding payment, possibility of doing it online (subject to a Homelidays commission of between 4 and 8%) by bank transfer or check.

Nice property but a little more remote than we were expecting - no baker or cafe within walking distance. Beaches are very easily accessible.Property also felt a little neglected with a few things having been broken/missing and not replaced.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit wenigen Schritten an 4 verschiedenen Stränden. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, geräumig und hat einen sehr schönen Garten mit Terrasse. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt und unsere Labradorhündin die herzlich willkommen war hat ihn sehr genossen.Das Haus ist eine gute Ausgangsposition für interessante Ausflüge sowohl zum Wandern, Fahrradfahren und mit dem Auto.Top-Empfehlung

Tolle Lage, alles sehr gepflegt und modern. Die Küchenausstattung völlig ausreichend. Besondes schön der Blick vom oberen Wohnzimmer auf das Meer und vom oberen Schlafzimmer ebenso der Blick auf das Meer- mit Wellenrauschen zum einschlafen.2 Minuten zum Strand, Einkaufen und Tanken ,10 Minuten mit dem Auto.Die Lufterholung ist sehr gut. Strandspaziergänge sind besonders erholsam.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Neïz Vran sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und man hat einen tollen Blick auf das Meer vom 1. OG. Es ist nur einen "Katzensprung" vom Meer und mehreren idyllischen Stränden entfernt. Wir waren oft baden im Meer, haben wunderschöne Strand-Spaziergänge und Ausflüge gemacht und leckeren Fisch/ Muscheln/ Krebs bzw. Backwaren, Käse, Obst und Gemüse von den Märkten aus der Umgebung genossen. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und freundlich. Im Haus gibt es auch Fahrräder und einen Tisch-Kicker bzw. kleinen Billardtisch.

Sehr schönes, empfehlenswertes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön, sauber und hat alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Der Garten ist umzäunt und perfekt für Hunde. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos. Vom Obergeschoss hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer und kann bei schlechtem Wetter dort gemütlich sitzen. Sehr zu empfehlen

14 traumhafte Tage in der Bretagne

Wir haben 14 Tage Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Umgebung sehr genossen und uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die sehr ruhige Lage des Ferienhauses ist für eine Erholung einfach super. Unsere beiden Hunde haben den Außenbereich sehr genossen und sich wohlgefühlt. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und informativ. Danke.

Wunderschöne Zeit, Silvester ohne Feuerwerk und in himmlischer Ruhe. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen der Bretagne. Sehr nette Vermieter, das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und die Küche mehr als ausreichend.

Wünderschöner Urlaub, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt :)

Wir sind zu dritt verreist (3 Erwachsene) mit Hund. Ein sehr schönes, modernes, eingezäuntes Haus mit liebevoller Einrichtung. Tolle Ausstattung; auch in der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Haben uns auch sehr über die Senseo-Maschine gefreut. Es waren genügend Gartenmöbel vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war ebenfalls super, sie waren sehr bemüht, trotz rudimentärer Französischkenntnisse unsererseits. Wir waren rundum zufrieden :)

Merci pour tous! Was sollen wir sagen, es war alles perfekt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, schön eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und sehr meernah gelegen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, also alles in allem zu 100 % zu empfehlen!
