Gorgeous, roomy house allows plenty of privacy. Well stocked, and extremely clean. Beds are very comfortable. Pool is saltwater and heated with a spa and a nice covered area View is very cool. You can see the golfers but you don’t hear them. Location is close to everything. Host responds quickly to any questions. You will not be disappointed with this perfect Naples getaway.

The pool did not work the whole time we were there. They got it fixed on the last two days. The host was looking at a monitoring system, AQUA LINK, to get the status which was wrong.

When the guest reported that the pool was not working, I arranged for our professional pool company to inspect it the very next day. They confirmed that the pool and all equipment were operating properly. The control system showed that the guest had attempted to override the settings and set the pool heat—not the spa—to 104°F. We responded promptly and did everything possible to address the concern, but no problem with the pool was found.

Just wonderful!

I spent a very relaxing 7 weeks in this excellent property. Jeff was the most pleasant and accommodating host I have ever worked with on VRBO. Property was spotless when I arrived, and everything was as described and pictured. Can’t recommend it enough. Also, Kensington is a beautiful community, with the friendliest residents I have ever encountered in Naples. Five stars all around!

Great location and beautiful house

The house was beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s right on the golf course and the office has an amazing view. Close to everything. It’s a phenomenal house up quarantine! Jeff was great to work with. Everything is new.

Fantastic house and location.

This was a fantastic house that featured a media room, well appointed kitchen and outdoor living area with a pool. Located in a gated community in central Naples. It was convenient to shopping, restaurants and downtown. Owner was great to work with and responsive to any questions. We will definitely rent again.

About the host

Your host

Host profile image
My wife and I are from Massachusetts and have always loved spending time in Southwest Florida. We enjoy the warm weather, beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and relaxed Naples lifestyle. We became hosts so others could enjoy the area as much as we do, and we take pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained home where guests can relax and feel at home.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood because it feels peaceful, welcoming, and genuinely neighborly. Guests often tell us how friendly everyone is, and that’s one of the things we enjoy most as well. It offers a relaxing residential setting where you can settle in and feel at home while still being convenient to everything Naples has to offer.

What makes this property unique

What makes our property special is the combination of a private heated pool and spa with the comfort of a true home in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Guests have plenty of space to relax together, enjoy the outdoors, and experience Naples at their own pace. We take pride in keeping the home clean, comfortable, and well maintained—the kind of place we would be happy to stay ourselves.
