The attractively landscaped entryway leads to the spacious living room and formal dining room with wood flooring and gas fireplace where you can take-in the lake and golf views through the large lanai's "picture frame" screen.

The master suite (ensuite bathroom) is located on the 1st floor and has french doors leading directly to the gas heated spa and pool.

The kitchen features custom cabinetry, quartz countertops with large center island where you can entertain guests. Enjoy the convenience of a gas cooktop, built-in oven/convection, microwave/convection oven and a warming drawer.

A gracious wood stairway leads to a family room loft area plus two guest bedrooms and bath perfect for your guest's privacy.

Large Lanai with stunning view of the #7 green and lake, feature a guitar shaped custom pool complete with waterfall, spa and children's shallow swimming area, hammock, fire-pit and sectional couch.

Smart TV's provided in all bedrooms , living room (65inch), loft (65inch) and movie room (75inch with atmos surround sound)

Warm winter!

Naples Florida is a great getaway from the subzero temperatures of the Midwest. Yes properly is exactly as described in pet friendly. We hope to indulge with many return trips.

Absolutely Wonderful!

Gorgeous, roomy house allows plenty of privacy. Well stocked, and extremely clean. Beds are very comfortable. Pool is saltwater and heated with a spa and a nice covered area View is very cool. You can see the golfers but you don’t hear them. Location is close to everything. Host responds quickly to any questions. You will not be disappointed with this perfect Naples getaway.

The pool did not work the whole time we were there. They got it fixed on the last two days. The host was looking at a monitoring system, AQUA LINK, to get the status which was wrong.

When the guest reported that the pool was not working, I arranged for our professional pool company to inspect it the very next day. They confirmed that the pool and all equipment were operating properly. The control system showed that the guest had attempted to override the settings and set the pool heat—not the spa—to 104°F. We responded promptly and did everything possible to address the concern, but no problem with the pool was found.

Family trip

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful Florida home. Jeff was awesome with communication from the time we showed interest in booking this property. We all felt very comfortable and enjoyed every minute here. The neighborhood was beautiful and everyone there was friendly. It was a relaxing few weeks and we hope to be back again!

Just wonderful!

I spent a very relaxing 7 weeks in this excellent property. Jeff was the most pleasant and accommodating host I have ever worked with on VRBO. Property was spotless when I arrived, and everything was as described and pictured. Can’t recommend it enough. Also, Kensington is a beautiful community, with the friendliest residents I have ever encountered in Naples. Five stars all around!

Great location and beautiful house

The house was beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s right on the golf course and the office has an amazing view. Close to everything. It’s a phenomenal house up quarantine! Jeff was great to work with. Everything is new.

Fantastic house and location.

This was a fantastic house that featured a media room, well appointed kitchen and outdoor living area with a pool. Located in a gated community in central Naples. It was convenient to shopping, restaurants and downtown. Owner was great to work with and responsive to any questions. We will definitely rent again.
