excellent location, heated pool and plenty of restaurants, the ocean here as high tide comes all the way up to the sea wall so definitely good to have the pool for part of the day. make sure you are aware there is no washer/dryer in the unit but otherwise a very good stay.

NSB Condo

The location was great. Easy to get to restaurants and attractions. The pool and outdoor space was perfect. Easy to get to beach. The other residents that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The unit was very clean and it met all of our needs. We look forward to going back again.

Wonderful Stay October 2016

We stayed at Dottie's in October. It was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need for cooking. It was a wonderful set up for us and our boys. The complex is beautiful and well maintained. We are definitely looking forward to being able to stay again.

This condo is beautiful and clean. We liked it very much and the beach.

We had a great experience; beautiful clean condo and great pool and beach! The mattresses in the guest room were uncomfortable; I would recommend putting comfortable mattress in the guest room, just like the great mattress in the master bedroom and having a slow cooker in this unit would have been very nice.

Sisters Retirement Getaway

We were very pleased with the unit we stayed in and the entire complex. The people were very welcoming and friendly. The entire area was clean and well kept. The only downfall was that the stairs that lead to the beach from the property were damaged during the last hurricane and have not been replaced, yet. Thankfully the condo complex is located next to the public access but it a walk to get there

Home away from HOME

This condo was in the perfect location. It was spotless and adorable. The kitchen is amazing with everything I need to make breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The cleanliness of the condo blew me away. The grounds and pool area are wonderful and amazingly taken care of. Huge pool and great area for lunch or sitting in the shade. I will definitely be back. A perfect vacation.

Dottie's Beach Retreat was more than what we expected. Love the beach decor all over the condo. It has everything you need to spend a few days or an entire weeks. Extremely clean as I am a clean freak myself. Peggy was great to work with, she accommodated us for memorial weekend, will definetly return. 😊

Beautiful Condo with Ocean Views

This condo was stunning. Not only was it furnished beautifully, but it had everything we could need for our week at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and so clean. The unit had beach chairs umbrella and a drying rack. The views were great! I had question about laundry and the blind and the property manager got back to me promptly and resolved the issues.

Nice beach access, great community pool. Great location. Would have given it 5 stars if the guest toilet would have been fixed. We called and spoke with someone but never got a call back. It was still broken when we left. Luckily we were only a party of 3.

Great location !

Condo was nice, the tv in master bedroom did not work when we arrived. They randomly sent a repair person, messaged us at the same time as the repair person arrived. Something that should have been addressed before we arrived or given us then option. Overall good condition, the location is great.

Experience of Point East

This is a great spot for families & friends to vacation! Located right in the beach! Beautiful views! Nice large pool & a baby pool. We had a wonderful time! My only complaint about the property is there is not a washer and dryer in the unit. This was a bummer but it worked out. The other thing is I would rent on the first floor next time with 2 small children wanting to come in and out. Overall this was a great trip.

Fantastic Vacation Experience

Boy, the family had a great time. The condo was well maintained and stocked with everything we needed...all the way to beach items for the kids to use. The pool and beach we're beautiful and everyone was friendly. We meet several families we hung out with and the kids made friends as well. The unit itself must have been recently renovated and "felt" like Florida and the location was perfect for a great view of the pool and ocean. Even the community of NSB turned out to be filled with things to do......what a great beach town with great places to eat. We will definately be back!

Fabulous condo and location

This condo is so nicely decorated and updated! In fact, the living area pics need to be updated as patio door curtains have been added and it looks slightly different although the furniture is the same. We loved the beachy theme but it wasn't over the top. When we had too much sun, we sat on our cool shaded balcony and enjoyed the ocean view. Being on the no-drive beach was so much better than I thought it would be! The on-site property manager Chaz was so responsive with the few small issues we had. I would love to book this condo again!

Wonderful condo and views

Our family were booked in for a four night stay at the lovely beach retreat - but unfortunately due to Hurricabe Matthew - were only able to stay one night before we evacuated. Of course being from Australia - this was a stressful time forbid - and Peggy was of great help and readily available to answer questions and help us! The condo is just amazing. Great facilities - huge space in the bedrooms, wonderful views and outlook. We were very sorry that we could only stay one night - and we sincerely hope the apartment is ok in this huge storm! Thank you Peggy!
