Best Reviews on the Beach!

We are an ocean front condo complex on the no drive section of New Smyrna Beach. Our condo is a 2-2-2; two bedroom, two bath and TWO gorgeous views. One of the few units at Point East with amazing ocean views from the south and north. Views from bedrooms, balcony and front hallway are awesome; one vibrant and lively, the other more tranquil. This unit sleeps 6. (1 king, 1 full, 2 twins).
Come enjoy a private balcony for morning coffee while enjoying the sunrise, or have an afternoon cocktail in the shade while enjoying the ocean view. Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, beach toys, and misc items to make your stay comfortable and convenient. There is wireless Internet and a large flat screen TV. The unit has been freshly painted and updated throughout.
On the grounds, private activity rooms are available for small group functions. (Cards, meetings, social gatherings). The complex offers a separate kiddy pool, a heated lap pool, shuffle board, a large gas grill and open club house cabana where you can enjoy the ocean views from the shade. The clubhouse is large enough to book a family reunion or even a wedding reception!
We are only steps from a newly renovated park with picnic areas, racquetball, basketball, handball courts, and a playground for kids.
We are walking distance to a grocery store, convenience store, restaurants, misc. shops, and an ice cream shop. Take a short ride to dozens of fine dining and casual dining options, as well as boutique shopping and spa treatments at Flagler Ave and downtown Canal Street. New Smyrna Beach has been voted 'top small city for the Arts' and 'best beach community!
Additionally, we are just 45 min away from Cape Canaveral and an hour from Disney Theme Parks and other tourist attractions in Orlando.

Truly a ‘home away from home’ experience! Colleen ensures the condo is clean and comfortable for those staying there! My family and I felt well taken care of and safe staying here. Fantastic stay! Beautiful view, warm pool (even on a cool day), steps from ocean, spacious condo stocked with everything you would need. Comfortable beds and cute beachy decor. Lots to see and do in the area even if you don’t want to visit the big parks. The host was super responsive. We highly recommend!!

Beach and sunshine!

Contact with the property owner was excellent. Great location with a wonderful courtyard that was well kept and maintained. Plenty of lounge chairs at the pool plus table and chairs. Can't wait to return!

Perfect Beach Condo in NSB

Nice vacation condo!

This unit is very comfortable and well appointed. Pool area and facilities are very nice. Nice views of the ocean directly from the unit and balcony. Location is great. Not too far from Flagler, but on the quieter non-drive portion of the beach. Easy walk to Chase's on the Beach outdoor restaurant and bar. Owner is easy to work with. Would stay here again!

We have vacationed in New Smyrna Beach with our family for a decade and love the small beach town community, restaurants, shops and beautiful white sand beach it offers. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

Nothing better than New Smyrna Beach. It's the best kept secret outside of local counties. This property is perfect for our snow birds in the winter months and provides great family fun for all, the rest of the year.

What makes this property unique

While we are on the no drive beach, we are still close to Flagler Ave boutiques, shops, spas and restaurants. We are walking distance to C's Waffles, So Napa Restaurant and S'mores Ice Cream and Coffee shop.

A few steps on the beach to the south and you will find a quiet strip of beach, yet a few steps to the north and you will find Chase's on the Beach and a beach teeming with activity.

There are weekly activities calendars for seniors during winter months and the senior community has a great time together.

During the summer months, it is an ideal vacation for families with all the water activities you can imagine available nearby. Additionally, there is boat parking upon request.
