Short walk to Quicksilver Super 6 Ski Lift at the Base of Peak 9 and kids lessons area. 50+ yards to shops, restaurants, coffee, wine tasting, Riverwalk, Maggie Pond, hiking, HOT TUBs, heated pool, mountain biking trails and much more.

This stylish 2 Bedroom plus Master Suite sleeps 8 comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry, ski locker, trash chute , garage parking (1 space assigned, additional guest spots available on first come first serve basis and additional paid parking nearby) with elevator access. This unit also has a huge oversized back patio. You will fall in love with all this unit has to offer: plush leather, slab granite counter tops, top notch floors, stainless steel appliances, 3 TV's with cable, wifi, fireplace, luxurious beds, humidifier and custom lighting.

Kitchen is equipped with all standard items plus a Keurig with free coffee, large coffeemaker, crockpot, toaster, chef's knives and pans. Patio has furniture and lots of space for the kids to play. Bathrooms are equipped with all standard items plus shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. There are also 4 outdoor hot tubs and a pool with locker rooms located just southeast of the building.

Property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.

*Pool and hot tub are closed from 10/29/2022 to 11/10/2022. Rates have been decreased by 30% during this time period.

Hi, Keith and Kira here. We purchased this gem to enjoy with our 2 boys Karson (7) and Kameron (5). We have stayed here on many occasions with friends and their kids and what we enjoy most is that when we get here, we walk everywhere. Not using the car makes it feel like a vacation to us.
We sincerely enjoy all the mtn activities Breckenridge has to offer. We live roughly 60 minutes away in Golden, CO and are thankful and honored you have or are considering to stay within our vacation home.

What makes this property unique

What's really unique about this condo is that is has 3 separate sleeping areas but due to HOA rules, I am not able to market it as a 3 bedroom. What else is unique is the extra large patio space and its stylish character.
