Entrance with small cellar. Living room opening onto a large closed veranda terrace forming a lounge area with a view of the port. Fitted and equipped kitchen (1.72 x 1.99): induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and small dishwasher. Bedroom (2.93 x 2.89) with cupboard: 2 single beds.
Shower room (2.12 x 1.73): shower, basin, WC and washing machine.
Access to the common air parking on the back of the residence. Pets not allowed.
Nice size and very good location halfway between the city center and the beach.

Vacationers appreciate the space, the living room on the veranda with a view of the port and the cycle paths at the foot of the residence along the marina - Possibility of renting at all times of the year: provide heating package at an additional cost .
