This Cordova Casita is located on the quiet street of Chula Vista! This home provides all the peacefulness of a single-family home with no common living walls, attached at the storage area in the 2 car garage. Lanai is Cage in, becoming another room for guests. This beautifully maintained home has designer fans and decorative lighting. The first floor is covered with upgraded wood-look luxury vinyl. Most of the windows are adorned with designer cornices. The kitchen and bathrooms have granite counter tops. Featured in the kitchen is a designer back-splash and newer stainless appliances. Included for your phone/tables is a charging station. There are two conveniently located desks, 1 in the kitchen and 1 upstairs. Crown Molding has been added to the living areas and master bedroom features a tray ceiling. The large patio is off the living room is closed. The highlight of Ole is the $20,000 square-foot Village Center which includes a resort style pool, kiddie pool, spa English Pub, ice cream center, bistro, fitness center, movie theater, tennis and basketball courts. A Publix grocery store and Starbucks are conveniently located a half mile away.

Come and experience the Olé lifestyle in Lely Resort, one of the premier communities in Southwest Florida. Lely Resort is an amenity rich community in the heart of Naples. Just minutes from the beautiful beaches and the highly desirable Fifth Avenue Shopping District in downtown Naples.

The library has 6 computers, a fax, printer and copy machine. For golfers, there are 2 championship golf courses on site- the Flamingo Island Golf Course designed by Robert Trent Jones and the Mustang Golf Course by Lee Trevino; these are extremely well maintained and are located right in Lely Resort. Winter in Ole

Great condo with easy access to Marco Island, Old Town Naples and the Everglades. Very clean and comfortable with kitchen equipment you would have in your own home. Loved our time here!

Relaxing in Ole

This is a wonderful property. Our 2nd stay and booked for next year. Location with easy drive to Marco Island, Naples and the Everglades. All you need in the kitchen and for the beach!

Feels like home

Beautiful home in quiet setting. Owner is great to work with. We extended our original schedule and stayed about 5 months while building our new home. Ole is the perfect place to feel like home away from home.

Ole at Lely

This property is excellent. Appears to be recently renovated. Very tasteful. Super clean with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable furnishings. The location is on a quiet street but close to Marco and The Everglades as well as downtown Naples. The owner was very responsive to make our stay wonderful.
