Great vacation place!

We stayed for 5 weeks and loved all the amenities this property offered. We used the pool almost every day. The backyard is perfect. The house was fully finished with everything we needed. We had family visit and the kids loved the games at the house and park down the street. The location is close to shopping and great restaurants.

Listing Was Accurate

We stayed one month in this large and well equipped home. The home had more things than we even had time to enjoy like the fuseball table, indoor hoops, billiards, etc. The yard was an oasis, and our dogs loved it as much or more than us given the amazing set-up. The host was always kind and available if needed. We would recommend staying here whether your group is large or small.

Great place

This property is in a great location right by San Tan mall. Tons of shopping and places to eat very close by. Tina was very responsive and easy to work with. Lots of space and beds were comfortable. Kids loved the pool table and other games. The park is a quick walk with a very large grass area, playground, volleyball and basketball. The only thing that would make this property better is an extra fridge/freezer and some heavier drapes/window coverings in the bedrooms. Definitely recommend for your stay in Gilbert.

Gilbert AZ Vacation House

My wife & I stay for almost a month & enjoyed the huge 4500sf of living space! A little cold in February, but I still used the pool & the backyard kitchen set up. Property was professionally clean before we arrived. House if fully furnished right down to coffee & cooking spices! We had a Super Bowl party & all enjoyed the extra TV’s & pool table. If go back to AZ & need a large home we would voice to stay there again!

Do not recommend this property, based on the terrible property manager

We had several issues that needed to be addressed during our 3 month stay. 1) The master tub leaked to the room below. Things happen. The worst part was dealing with the property manager, Tina. After several weeks of it not being repaired, she said "well you have other bathtubs in the house just use those." Long story short, the tub was never fixed and in disrepair for the entire 3 months and her response was always the above. We asked for a discount on the rent and she declined, just stating, "sorry just use another tub." Additionally, they left a hole in the ceiling of the bedroom below for the entire 3 months. She didn't care. She said "Just us another room." Her standard response to every issue. 2) The couch was horrible and we asked for it to be replaced. Tina's response, "just use another couch upstairs". Ha. So I asked if we could move the good couch down to the family room. Her response,"we don't allow furniture to be moved." So, we stuffed the couch with towels and other pillows, so it was usable. Only when my wife showed her the pictures and asked her to come sit on the couch, was the couch repaired. Do not stay at this property!

Perfect Holiday in Vincenz!

This was a very positive experience from the booking process to the check out. Tina was very responsive to any questions and started our vacation with a welcoming sign and refreshments. Comfortable beds, large well equipped kitchen, amazing backyard and heated pool were some of the things we loved most about the property. It is located in a really nice quiet neighbourhood, close to a couple parks, good biking trails, grocery stores and a big shopping center. It is perfect for a large family or groups of friends. The house was even more than advertised and we loved our month there.

Perfect for families

The house was amazing! Plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing but still come together as a family. Backyard was great and it’s a nice location near the neighborhood park for the kids to play. Also very close to local amenities and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Pure Perfection!

Fantastic house, great location!

We had 4 families coming together for spring break and this house was perfect! The layout of the house gives everyone their own separate spaces, but plenty of room for all of us to get together and gather as well. The outside area is an oasis! From the oversized comfy couch and chairs, the amazing bar/grill area to the pool, we spent most of our time outside. The location is so close to everything! We will definitely be back next year!

Great Home!

We were very impressed with this property. It was one of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed at. The park is also a very short walk away and was nice for the kids to walk over and play. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Gilbert for five weeks. The house is awesome, the location is great and the property manager, Tina, is absolutely wonderful! The house: *This house is updated and CLEAN! *This house is big and really well laid out. There are plenty of spaces to gather, but still have your own space if needed. *This house is very comfortable - beds, sofas, backyard, everything! *The house and kitchen is FULLY stocked!!! The kitchen has every appliance you have at home and is so well organized. The Location: *The house is super close to all the shops in San Tan Village *The house is very close to the freeway *There is a park a stones throw away The Property Manager: *Tina is THE BEST! She is so kind, attentive and really manages everything well. If we had questions, she addressed them right away. She really is wonderful! This is much more like a home than a rental. So if you are looking for something, clean and comfortable (similar to home), you've found your place!

Fabulous AZ Vacation Spot

This home is an ideal vacation home for a large family. Located minutes from the 202, providing access to everywhere in the Phoenix valley you would like to visit. Mere minutes from an excellent outdoor mall, other shopping (including Costco) and a range of dining options. The home has enough entertainment of its own with pool, outdoor grill, pool table, foosball, pop-a-shot basketball, and more TVs than I can remember. Two separate lofts with X-Box consoles, Netflix, and cable tv for a movie night. Stocked with board games for the whole family. The home is plentifully stocked with indoor and outdoor dishes, utensils, and kitchen essentials for home cooking. The property manager, Tina, is extremely responsive to all needs big and small. Truly ideal jumping off spot or destination by itself for your AZ vacation.

Arizona Getaway

Me and my family needed to get away from the craziness on the East Coast and reached out regarding a monthly rental. Tina worked out a great deal for us and we even extended 2x! The house was amazing! My 3 grown children, as well as me am my husband (also kids at heart) enjoyed the game room amenities and we LOVED the pool. The house was close to everything and we enjoyed being able to hop on the 202 quickly to visit our friends in Scottsdale as well as my daughters alma mater, ASU. I swear we would have bought this house if it were available! Tina was amazing. She was always available if there was anything we needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this house as well as management company. We enjoyed our time in Arizona, the house is a large house with lots of spaces to spread out so that you never feel like you are on top of each other or can't get away. House was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable, and we enjoyed the outdoor pool and outdoor living.
