The property was accessible, well-decorated, well-stocked, stylish and full of useful amenities. All who stayed or visited us there complimented the house and said “this is a great house”. I highly recommend the house to people who visit Texas A&M!

We stayed here for a celebration for my oldest brother’s 80th birthday. The place was perfect, better than the pictures, and they are great. Ryan was ultra responsive. We had to have a bolt replaced on the toilet seat, and he took care of it within an hour. We will definitely stay here again. Price was lowest in the area, location is in the middle of College Station/Bryan and close to everything. House is impressive and full of games and things to do. Has a TV outside with a covered patio and fire pit. 10/10!

We loved everything about this home. Close to campus and places to eat. The home was clean and decorated great for good Aggies. Plenty of TVs for game watching and yard games for extra fun. We had four people - each with a different room. Plenty of rooms and beds for bigger crowds. We'll be back!
