Emplacement très bien

Réellement proche de la mer et des restaurants à pieds. Appartement fonctionnel et confortable. Pas de vue depuis l'appartement mais pour le prix et l'emplacement on s'en passe. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

appartement convenable mais environnement visuel (vue sur parking et mur parpaings), sonore (velux donnant sur rue principale passante), olfactif (poubelles des restaurants sous la terrasse) peu agréable.
