South oriented location with unobstructed view of Ploumanac'h's picturesque harbour, at the heart of the Rose Granite coast, close to natural sites and the granite chaos. Landing stage for the birds from the seven islands 50 m away. Located on the first floor of the house, with two levels. First level: separate entrance, kitchen area with hot water sink, gas stove with oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, and cooking utensils. Living room with bedding space for 2 persons (children recommended) coffee table and TV, fireplace, window view of the port. Dining area with table and chairs, cupboard for storing with crockery, bathroom, toilet, washroom, shower, and washbasin. Second level: Mezzanine with a 140 bed (2 persons), Vélux window view of the port. In the courtyard (shared) garden, clothes drier and utility room with washing machine. Ideally located.

un bon concept familial

tres beau sejour dans cet appartement avec chambre en mezzanine La cheminee fonctionnelle en plus procure ce doux et chaud melange de voir la mer par la fenetre donnant sur le port en direct tout en etant au crepitement d un bon une belle surprise en hiver

Gut gelegene kleine Studiowohnung. Für Familien mit größeren Kindern daher nur bedingt geeignet. Zugang zur Wohnung mit Rumpelkammercharakter. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter auf Englisch etwas mühsam.

Appartement fonctionnel et agréable !

L'appartement est très fonctionnel et agréable, il ne manque rien ! L'emplacement au coeur de la côte de granit rose est idéal. Dépaysement assuré grâce à la vue sur le port ! Un petit bémol, l'appartement est situé au dessus d'une crêperie !

Idéal sur le port de Ploumanach

Très bon Week-end du réveillon passé à Ploumanach dans la location de M. Coatantiec. L'appart situé dans une maison est idéalement situé sur le port de Ploumanach. Chemin côtier à 100m pour découvrir la côte de granit rose. Proximité aussi de Perros Guirec et Tregastel. Accueil et échanges très sympathiques avec le propriétaire à la remise des clefs. Merci pour tout.

Que du bonheur!!!

Ce studio est très agréable : parfaitement bien situé, confortable, très propre, très calme. Pour parfaire le tout, nous y sommes accueillis chaleureusement. Dans le "bistrot du port" situé juste au-dessous, nous avons pu bien manger pour un prix plus que raisonnable ! (là encore dans une ambiance très chaleureuse) La région est magnifique. Des sites remarquables à découvrir. Nul doute que nous reviendrons séjourner dans ce gîte que nous ne pouvons que recommander !!

Que dire de cette location ? EXELLENTE , calme , le propriétaire sympathique ainsi que sont personnel . Vue sur le petit port , au rez de chaussée le crêperie et une carte à faire pâlir les plus fins gourmets et gourmands . Des ballades comme on le souhaite longues , courtes , sur du plat , escarpées et une mer qui vaut la côte d'Azur , très belle . En gros pour des vacances réussies je vous recommande ce petit paradis . Nous avons loué deux semaines et il nous les fallait . Alain et Françoise Belgique

sejour hors saison

location très confortable, pour les deux personnes que nous étions,propre et bien équipée,conforme à la description. localisation idéale pour visiter à pied(GR) et plus loin,en voiture,la région. bain de nature garanti(flore,ornithologie,geologie,connaissance du milieu marin). à recommander,du moins hors saison,ne connaissant pas les lieux juillet et aout. pour les papilles,très bons restaurants sur place au port et plage saint guirec,sans oublier moules,galettes et crepes au BISTROT du port.
