Alles in allem gut. Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Liegt im Hafen an der Straße, das war bewusst gewählt. Wir mögen diesen Hafen sehr. Gute Parkmöglichkeit! Praktisch, zweckmäßig- ausreichend. Die Matratzen könnten mal erneuert werden. Ärgerlich: das WLAN war sehr schlecht. Am meisten aufwändig: die Kommunikation mit der Immobilien—Verwaltung. Trotz buchen über die FeWodirekt App noch Papierkram, Unterschriften, Vorlage von Haftpflicht-Versicherung…Mails hin und her über die Zahlungen, Kautionshinterlegung, Kurtaxe. Und das meistens auf ausschließlich seitenweise französisch. Und bei der Schlüssel-Abholung musste ich noch erinnern, dass wir eine Endreinigung angekreuzt hatten und die Bezahlung noch offen war. Da ist noch Luft nach oben. Oder hier kommen nur Inländer hin? Trotzdem empfehlenswerte Wohnung.

L'appartement est moderne et bien équipé, les deux chambres sont grandes et bénéficient de la vue sur le port de plaisance, les lits sont très confortables et chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bains et son balcon, la vue sur le port est exceptionnelle, les liaisons en bus sont idéales, desservant en moins de dix minutes la belle plage de Trestinel, en quinze minutes la charmante ville de Perros Guirec, nous avons passé un excellent séjour! nous aurons plaisir à y séjourner à nouveau.

Sejour a perros guerrec

Appartement tres agréable et tres propre. Une vue magnifique sur le port. La prestation est conforme au descriptif. Ce qui nous a permis de.passer un super sejour sur les cotes de granot rose qui ne manque pas de recoin a visiter.

Bien situé et belle vue. Restaurants et magasins accessibles à pied. Emplacement plutôt calme, bonne orientation. Bonne literie. Avec une place de parking réservée, cela aurait été parfait.
