Samantha is awesome to work with, the house was more than comfortable for our 21 people and the location is beautiful. The kitchen and amenities were all well stocked and the beds were comfortable.The acreage is huge which made it super fun for soccer, frisbee golf and activities with the kids. The indoor pool is beautiful, but is best suited for adults wanting a relaxing swim, versus loosely supervised kid's jumping and splashing. The game room, hot tub and indoor theater were also a hit. We’d be happy to stay there again.

Phenomenal place close to USAFA north gate, lots of fun in places in the Springs, and yet still seemingly isolated from too much commercial spaces. We had large group in for a family celebration for our son’s graduation from USAFA, and all raved about the space and amenities. Lots of room to spread out. Great well stocked kitchen for large family gatherings. Highly recommended.

What a perfect home and location. The owners were wonderful, as well. We had a hockey team staying here instead of a hotel, and it accommodated everyone very well. Also, an incredibly well stocked kitchen, with tons of utensils, bowls, knives, everything you need to cook for an army.

Amazing property - Huge house

This property was the absolute best property to house 10 of us for a week. Pool, hot tub, and layout made this the best compound for the team to relax and have fun.

This VRBO home was a perfect fit for our family ranging from 7 yrs old to 70. We loved the pool, hot tub, the many outdoor activities and the game and theater rooms. The house had everything we needed and more. It was a beautiful home with a beautiful view. We loved it and would highly recommend it.

Home is sparkly clean, and there are helpful notes and signs posted around the rooms to assist guests in using the amenities. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, crockpot, blender, etc. There are numerous indoor and outdoor activities that the whole family can enjoy.

Our host, Samantha, was wonderful. Very quick to respond to my messages and answer my questions. The house was very clean and the room arrangements worked well for our group of four couples in two different generations, one extra grandma, four grandsons and two granddaughters. Age range of kids was 9 - 15. The younger kids LOVED the indoor pool and their mothers appreciated not having to put sunscreen on the kids or worry about too much sun. The game room was a big hit. Almost everyone wound up down there some time. The hot tub was a hit with several of our group. We also had fun with the frisbee golf and enjoyed watching the resident fox. Even with so many people, it was possible to find a quiet place in the house, in the separate library, separate dining room, or one of the decks or the patio. I also appreciated how all the light switches were labeled so there was minimal guesswork in figuring out which switch belonged to which light. It's a lovely house. The house rules are laid out clearly and are numerous, but logical. We all wished we could have stayed longer. This is the third year we've had a family reunion in a VRBO house. We all agreed that for us, this house worked the best of the three.

Great House for large family Christmas

This lovely home had everything needed to keep our entire family of 18 happy (ages 1 - 73!). The home was nicely decorated for the holiday season with a beautiful Christmas Tree in the living room and other festive items spread about the house. Everyone enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub, game room and theater room. The outdoor activites were fun too. We played frisbee golf and soccer, and gathered around the firepit to make Smores. The kitchen was a great gathering place with its adjacent family room. We appreciated that the home was well stocked with everything we needed from a pack and play and high chair to pool toys and towels to frisbees and soccer balls to plenty of dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Having two full fridges and a mini fridge in the game room helped accommodate all our holiday food. There was plenty of space for those who wanted to get away from the family chaos to those who wanted to be in the middle of it! The home reminded us of the large family home we had when all our children were still at home. It's nice to be able to rent a place large enough so that we can bring all our children with their spouses and their children together for Christmas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This home was fantastic. We had our entire family of 10 adults and 9 grandchildren comfortably stay at the house. The soccer field kept the kids active and having fun while the adults got to enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains from the spacious deck. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy this area of Colorado.

This large, beautiful property served as the home base for our family vacation of 6 adults and 4 children under the age of 10. With all the features and amenities, we were able to keep everyone happy and occupied. The indoor pool and theater room were especially nice and used frequently by all family members.The views at the home are incredible, with a direct view of Pikes Peak from the two decks, the family room/dining area and the master bedroom suite, which itself was incredible. The home was well stocked, including the kitchen, which allowed us to enjoy several great family-prepared meals.Quiet and very private location but very easy access to the many Colorado Springs attractions - lots to do within 30 minutes.Communication with the host was great and very responsive. Check-in was a breeze.Overall, a wonderful home and experience for our family.

Samantha is an amazing host, clear communication, accommodating and supportive. The property is perfect for our friends get together. Kitchen is loaded with all kinds of utensils, entertainment home theater, snooker table, swimming pool, hot tub what else you need for a group of people to spend time together. If you have group of over 15 people this is value for money. Remotely located, less than 8 minutes drive to super Walmart. Instructions were clear on everything, so host know what she is doing, great job.

I brought a group of HS seniors on their senior trip to stay here for 5 days, and our experience at this location was top notch. The kitchen was fully stocked, there was plenty of things to do, and the scenery was beautiful. Our host was responsive to our inquiries and was very communicative with us, often checking in to make sure we were doing okay. We would definitely use this location/host again.
