The grounds of this estate are well planned and masterfully integrated into the natural surroundings. Outside the home there is a tranquil water fountain, a gazebo, and a covered back deck to enjoy the beautiful Colorado evenings.

This stunning architectural design is perfectly poised on 22 acres with both sweeping mountain and city views. The great room features wood beams, a stone fireplace, vaulted ceilings, & a baby grand piano. The exquisite kitchen includes beautiful cabinetry, professional grade appliances, wood floors, granite counter tops, & a slider door that lead to an outdoor deck that is perfect for entertaining. The main level also includes spectacular entry, private guest suite with a full bathroom, half bath, spacious dining room & study providing more space for entertaining guests.

Upstairs has four bedrooms including the master bedroom suite with a tv, its own private deck and luxurious bathroom. One room has a king size bed and its own private full bathroom. Another room with queen bed connects to 3/4 bathroom with double sinks. Fourth bedroom has two twin beds currently and can be converted to a king size bed with an advance request.

The lower level features a large built-in bar with a recreational room perfect for casual entertaining. There is one additional bedroom with king size bed and a twin trundle daybed, two 3/4 bathrooms, spacious rec room with full wet bar and game area, and heated indoor swimming pool with hot tub.

The hosts were amazing. I’m so grateful they took the time to give a quick tutorial on how everything in the house works on my first day there. The house itself was equally amazing. My family loved the indoor heated pool! We celebrated Christmas here and were delighted by the amount of cooking necessities that were provided. There were even toys, a high chair, and pack and plays for our little ones. Such a fantastic trip overall!

My family & I absolutely adored this property! It was very spacious, cleanly, and perfect for all of my family to get together. There were extra beds, blankets, sheets, pool towels, and all sorts of dishes that we were able to use. Diana was very easy to get ahold of and was able to answer any questions we had. It was the most beautiful weekend in Monument and the views were incredible! I would recommend to anybody and would love to come back and stay someday! Many memories made!

Great getaway

We had an amazing time with our family and friends. Loved hanging out in the gazebo and watching the stars and city lights as we enjoyed the quiet. Would definitely go back.

Texas Family Vacation

This was our annual family vacation. There are 12 of us (8 adults, 4 kids). The property is outstanding. Very scenic. We saw deer and fox and hiked the trail on the property. The kids really enjoyed the pool. We found the house to be very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Be sure to go by the house first before going to the store. Short drives to all the sights in the area. Would definitely rent this property again. Thank you Diana & Matt for being such great hosts.

Perfect location for small ladies retreat

Our group loved our stay at the Summit House. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Setting is beautiful. We are enjoyed seeing the deer! This was our second visit and we all hope to come back next spring.

Absolutely fabulous!!

This home is magnificent! Everything about it is top-notch! There is a large yard so our kids could play outdoor games. It is a beautiful area for running and the house is simply stunning. It exceeded our expectations!

Amazing House, Amazing Views, Amazing Stay!!!

We enjoyed every minute of our staycation!! The house is spacious & clean, well-decorated, and the views are AWESOME. We booked this property for the indoor pool and it did not disappoint. Our kids swam 2-3 times a day!! Matt and Diana were very helpful at check-in and accessible the entire time we were there. Definitely book this property!

Fabulous!

We loved the house along with the heated indoor pool. It's nice for larger groups with lots of room to spread out. They have a very large property with easy to follow trails and a small group of deer wandered through the yard one afternoon.

Wedding weekend stay in the mountains

This was a last minute find for us due to a prior rental being cancelled. Owners basically rescued us on short notice and allowed us to book their beautiful home for days leading up to our son's wedding. When we arrived, it was simply beyond expectations. There were 11 of us and the 6 bedroom/6 bath home was amazingly spacious, and had breath-taking views. It was well stocked, well appointed, and so very comfortable. I would highly recommend this home!

Wonderful Family Christmas

Gorgeous home, incredibly stocked in every way;Kitchen, linens , games , pool accessories… etc. so nicely decorated for Christmas. All the bedrooms perfectly positioned for quiet & great sleep. We so enjoyed all the space to play games, do puzzles, and the piano was a blessing for all, as our older grandkids as performed Christmas songs! A bonus was parking 2 of our cars in the garage. We enjoyed walking the property trails. We highly recommend this house & property. We would love to return

Family togetherness

This was this perfect property for a family getaway. We had a 8 adults and 3 children, including a toddler — and there was plenty of room for all of us to gather together, but also spread out. The owners were very responsive to all our questions, both prior to arriving, as well as throughout our stay. Our trip to the Colorado Springs area was wonderful, largely due to the terrific home base we were able to have with this property. Highly recommend!

Perfect!

The house was absolutely perfect for our family gathering over Easter. There is plenty of outdoor yard space for playing frisbee or cornhole. The house has a fabulous kitchen for cooking for a large group. I honestly can’t say enough good about this place. We will definitely be back!

Family Vacation

Summit House is beautiful and the location is great. The outdoor areas were comfortable and peaceful. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids and the adults. Everything you need is provided. Kitchen was well stocked with spices etc. The hosts Diana and Matt were extremely helpful and friendly and a pleasure to work with. Great house for a big family reunion.

Summit House

The property was my best rental on VRBO. Reserved for Son’s 50th birthday party. Attended by 13 adults and one two year old child . Had ample room to spread out and enjoy all of he family. The custom house was one of a kind. Very clean and had all the amenities one could ask for and the location/views at the summit left us all not wanting to leave.

Many properties meet expectations, but it's incredibly rare when they exceed it, especially by so much.This is just an incredible home, in a great location with amazing views. Matt and Diana were extremely responsive and it was obvious they sincerely cared we were enjoying our visit. We also really enjoyed meeting Matt and his son for check-in/home tour, showing us what a lovely, conscientious family they are. I realize this home gets a 10/10, but that's only because you can't rate it any higher. It is exactly what it's advertised as, only better. Comfortable, spacious, well kept, clean and amazing property with amazing views doesn't even begin to do this home justice. The only negative I have is that eventually we had to leave. Thank you Matt and Diana for a spectacular stay!

We love this neighborhood! Great location with proximity to both Colorado Springs, Monument, and Denver. The breathtaking views of mountains represent Colorado Springs finest natural beauty. What a wonderful home away from it all!

What makes this property unique

This home has a special place in our hearts with the peaceful setting and gorgeous views. The yard with a fountain, picnic area, hiking trail, and huge back yard makes it fun for all. Our family has made many wonderful memories at Summit House. We are excited to share our home with your family.
