This is a classic and stylish villa with incredible panoramic views over the harbour and city of Mahón, similar to those you would experience if you were on the deck of a ship. VILLA LANTANA is a unique property, perfect for a once-in-a-lifetime holiday, in the island's most exclusive area of Cala Llonga. Decorated exquisitely, this classic style property (with marble floors and bathrooms) gives you space, brightness and privacy. Its large windows are designed to give you fantastic views from any corner of the house.

VILLA LANTANA is spread out over 3 floors. Upon entering the ground floor from the street, you will see a large living room with huge windows and access to the pool terrace. There is also a complete kitchen with utility area and independent pantry, and a space with a large brick barbeque. Climbing a few steps, you will arrive at the large twin room, containing a big wardrobe and beautiful sea-views. A bathroom (with bath) is located next to it. Another flight of stairs leads to the impressive master suite. This suite has a double bed and stunning views of the harbour, a large wardrobe, a huge private sun terrace (overlooking the harbour), and a fabulous luxury bathroom with three different areas; a shower, a large bathtub in which you can relax, and, next to it, big window with panoramic views. The last flight of stairs leads to the second suite. This has a double bed, a bathroom (with a bath), also large and with sensational views.

If the villa's interiors offer comfort, class and style, its jewel is surely the panoramic views it offers of the harbour, which may be seen from the large terraces. Simply put, they are unforgettable. The main terrace is partially covered and is blessed with suggestive lighting at night. We may, at any time of day, observe the comings and goings of the boats from our privileged position, sunbathe on a lounger or relax in the shade with a good book and a glass of wine. These are all wonderful delights! In this magnificent spot, you can experience some truly unique moments at sunset: eating a barbeque while watching the sun go down, having a few relaxed drinks whilst admiring the lights over Mahón, or taking the water taxi to Cales Fonts, on the other side of the harbour, in the space of a few minutes, in order to enjoy a fantastic dinner in one of the most charming and romantic places on the island.

VILLA LANTANA's layout, with a suite on each floor, makes it ideal for 2 or 3 adult couples to share a relaxing holiday in. From here, they can explore the island in absolute comfort. Clients who like to sail can also moor their boats very close to the villa. Families with members of various ages (including teenagers) who value their independence will also find the layout to be ideal for them, with their own bedroom and bathroom in separate floors. But keep in mind that like many houses in the neighbourhood, the villa was built for height, giving wonderful views of the harbour. This means that there are a lot of steps between the street and the entrance. Once indoors, there are several other staircases, which link up the three floors on which the suites are located.
