We will welcome you in this new apartment of 67m2 on the ground floor with private garden. The apartment is located in a very quiet residence with secure private parking. The beach is only 9 minutes on foot by a coastal path, and the shops of Combrit at 2km.
There are tennis courts, a heated swimming pool (01. 05/01. 10) and a bicycle storage room (bikes not provided).
You will enjoy a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, toaster.
The rooms are equipped with new bedding (200x90 beds)
Non smoking accommodation.

Nous avons passé quelques jours très agréable et au calme dans ce bel appartement bien tenu et très propre avec tout le confort neceessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Nous avons dû partir plus tôt mais c’est décidé nous reviendrons ! Merci à notre hôte qui est très arrangeante pour faciliter l’arrivée comme le départ ! Très bon séjour

Logement très propre et bien équipé: même les torchons étaient là. Super communivation avec l'hôte qui a été très arrangeante pour notre départ. Nous avons fait tous les trajets jusqu'à la plage en vélo (environ 10min en vélo, plutôt 30 à pied) par un petit sentier.
