Trailside condo. Great for families.

Ski-in, Ski-out 2 bedroom , 1 bath condo right on the Birches trail in Birchwood ll. This cozy, modern space is perfect for families as you are only a few yards away from the Snubber mid-station lift and the Sugarloaf Fitness Center. Don't feel like cooking? The Shipyard Brewhouse is just a 2 minute walk up the trail. The Village, with several restaurants, is a 5 minute walk up the hill.

THE CONDO
The condo is located on the ground floor with a private entrance. You enter through a mud room which has storage for all ski/snowboard gear. Inside is the main living/ dining area with a couch (full pull-out), two armchairs, a television and a table that can seat 5/6. This area is open to the kitchen which includes a full stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with two sets of twin over twin bunk beds-perfect for the kids! There is one full bath with a tub/shower.

This was our second time at Karen’s condo and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else at Sugarloaf. The unit is snug but comfortable, immaculate, and well outfitted and the location can’t be beat.

It was a perfect condo for our few day ski trip. It is small, but has lots of hooks to hang ski clothes, mittens, etc. It was clean and comfortable. Easy to ski to snubber lift from unit.

Property had everything we needed. Small space but had everything we needed to cook, store our equipment and provided towels and sheets! Owner was available to answer all of our questions. Walked right across the road to access ski trails.. downhill and Nordic!

The unit is only about 10 meters from the snow brook trail, conveniently slightly uphill from the halfway loading station for the old slow chair lift. It is also next to the Sugarloaf Sports Center that has a decently equipped exercise room, a pool, and several hot tubs and a sauna. The unit itself was also very clean, and for the price an overall great value.

Cozy trail side condo

We had an amazing stay at Sugarloaf! The condo was small but comfortable, Karen was super responsive and helpful, and we were right next to the trail! The kids especially loved skiing through the tunnel to get to the Snubber lift.

Awesome location close to the trail

This was a small but cozy place - it’s main feature is proximity to the trails (when it snowed overnight, I could literally put my skis on outside door and ski out to trail and down to midpoint of snubber chairlift in minutes.

On Sugarloaf property

This location is really close to the Snubber lift and super easy to navigate. I especially liked being able to pull right up to the door to unload and pack up. The place is small and cozy but just fine for our party as we spent most of our time skiing anyway.

Amazing for family ski trip

We are a family of 4 with kids ages 7 and 10. This was a perfect spot to ski, hot tub and swim from. It was clean, had all we needed (including kids games!) and the host was very accommodating and responsive!

An adorable condo with a wonderful host

We were delighted with this cozy condo, just steps to the slopes and perfect for our family's ski vacation. The place had everything we need, including high-speed internet and a fully stocked kitchen, and the location could not have been better. But Karen's hospitality is what really put it over the top. Her check-in instructions were clear, and she was super-responsive to questions. Five stars all the way!

Can’t beat the location... across the trail from Shipyard and right next to mid station at snubber. We had a ton of fun here and it had everything we needed. We were five adults and while it was a little tight, we were comfortable! Definitely recommend.
