Beautiful Ski In/Out Sugarloaf Condo Close to Great Amenities

This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condominium at Sugarloaf has it all. Perfectly positioned to take advantage of all amenities, we offer comfortable, modern accommodations with close, convenient access to a pool, hot tubs, game room, tennis courts and more. Enjoy rare double mountain views, with Sugarloaf directly out the front, and the Bigelows out the back. Ski-in / ski-out lift access lets you get right out on the mountain and allows you the flexibility of quickly returning to your lodgings whenever you like. Additionally, shuttle service to the base lodge as well as other nearby facilities provides an alternate means of getting around. Plan your perfect vacation here, with something for everyone, no matter what time of year.

SKI-IN / SKI-OUT
The term ski-in / ski-out can be applied to many of the properties at Sugarloaf, but not necessarily mean quite the same thing. At a minimum, ski-in / ski-out properties allow you to access the mountain without the need to drive to another location. For a few properties, this means that your front door opens onto a major ski trail or lift station, but for many, you may have to walk some distance to access a trail, which can be uncomfortable in ski boots while carrying your skis. Our condo is located below the base lodge, but the upper mountain is accessed via a feeder lift known as the Snubber lift. This lift can be seen in some of the pictures for our property listing as viewed from our front door. A one-minute walk brings you to the trail below the lift, which you can ski down to access the lift station and enjoy a leisurely ride to the primary ski area. Additionally, there is a very convenient shuttle which stops directly in front of our building every 20 or 30 minutes (depending on the day), for alternative transportation to the base lodge.

Great spot for a sugarloaf stay. Had all the comfort and amenities for a day or a week stay. The snubber lift and shuttle were very convenient. The host was a great communicator. Would definitely reccommend and hope to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay, everyone was very comfortable. The condo's layout is very nice and it's well stocked with everything we needed . The location was wonderful, very close the pool and also a two minute walk to Snubber lift access. We will definitely return next year for ski trip.

Amazing ski in/out condo at the Loaf!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! Location was amazing - so close to the trail/lift, sledding right out the door, and right across the parking lot from the pool. The condo was extremely clean with all the amenities you would want/need. Communication with the host was very easy and timely. We will definitely be coming back and making this a family tradition. Great Ski in/out location!

Great stay at Sugarloaf with the family. Michael was a great host with great communications and a very clean and organized property. We are return visitors to Sugarloaf and were concerned about the ski in/out location. However, we found the ski down to Snubber lift to be excellent and truly a ski in/out location. We only drove to the mountain at 5am for Easter sunrise mass on the mountain. Highly recommended!

This is the most comfortable, cleanest place we have ever rented. Which is saying a lot since we rented 8 places in 2023. It has everything you need and is well organized. Very short walk to the lift. Helpful instructions for the rental and the lifts. Very quick responses to questions.

Great Condo in Perfect Location!

We just finished a wonderful 4 night stay at this condo. Michael, the owner, was very helpful in answering our questions and the condo itself was clean, spacious and full of every amenity you could ask for. Ski trail was a short walk and the ski locker outside was very convenient. Our kids loved the close access to the pool. Only negative was the thin walls so you could hear neighbors in their units, but that is expected with condo units and everyone was too tired from skiing to really care. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family ski getaway!

Met and exceeded all our expectations!! My two children are now adults and we still cherish our family ski vacations, this year introducing my future son-in-law to our ski experience. Our stay was truly a home away from home. The condo had more than enough space, spotless and was well equipped with quality amenities to meet your every need. The location is perfect and communication with the owner was always prompt! We will definitely return! 🎿❄️

Great location - awesome host!

Would definitely recommend this property for a trip to Sugarloaf. Great location, very clean, kitchen has everything you need, locker outside for equipment. Most especially, the host was very responsive when I had questions initially in deciding if we wanted to stay here and was in touch every step of the way. The only downside was the weather - which is out of everyone's control. Only got to ski 2 out of 4 days (and those 2 were wind chills below zero). Mountain actually closed on day 3 by late morning because of the wind and then day 4 was raining early. That's New England weather! Overall had a wonderful family trip. Would not hesitate to stay here when we come to Sugarloaf again.

Perfect winter spot

This condo was an ideal spot for a long weekend of skiing at Sugarloaf! Incredibly clean, spacious, and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with all the pots, dishes, and utensils needed to cook at home. Very comfortably sleeps 6. Views from the decks are amazing! Location along the Snubber lift is perfect for skiing. Came back for lunch each day and then headed right back out when ready. Mike was quick to respond to any questions and was super helpful with a location map, local recs, etc. We would absolutely stay here again.

The perfect Sugarloaf Condo!

This condo was everything we wanted and more for our stay at Sugarloaf. The ski in/ski out quick access to the lift was ideal for a group of skiiers and non skiiers. Our 4 year old was able to run out for some quick practice on the mountain with Dad and my husband was able to ski at his leisure. The condo was VERY clean and organized and has clearly been well cared for. Everything was well stocked and the kitchen was awesome! We will certainly be back next year.

Condo has all you need

We were two couples staying at this 2 bedroom, 3 bath condo on Sugarloaf. Mike was great to work with. We had a small problem at check-in that was sorted out immediately. The condo is clean, well stocked and comes with all you need. Plenty of room for six or seven people if needed. We were impressed with all the small details, all the way down to nightlights in the bathrooms and wood for the fireplace. Location on the mountain is perfect. Ski-in, ski-out easy. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Great Location - Owners Thought of Everything!

We've never stayed in a condo - we typically rent a larger home off mountain but decided wanted convenience this time around. We were not disappointed! Our three older sons were able to take off in the morning; drop back for lunch and then go out again - it was all so convenient! The condo was perfect for the five of us. Having the two twins upstairs with a couch for our twin 20 year olds was perfect for the PS4 games; while our older son relaxed with us on the large sectional in the family room. Everything you need from paper products; bags, wraps, cleaners is all there for your use. We packed it all thinking that perhaps we'd need it (despite the other reviews we read) but were just as happy not to unload it! Even things like shampoo, body wash; soap; toothbrushes and bandaids were there in case you needed them. Loved the fact that the wood for the fireplace was right there (and that it was a wood burning fireplace as some of these units are gas operated); and that the stove was gas and not electric! The place was clean and ready for us and we'd definitely return . Owners were great to deal with - prompt in responses to emails.

Why they chose this property

When our daughter started spending a lot of time up at Sugarloaf with her friends, we realized that if we wanted to spend more quality time with her, we would have start spending more time there ourselves. We looked at a number of properties, and when this one went on the market, we took a look and instantly fell in love with it. Beautifully appointed and perfectly positioned, we couldn't pass it up.

What makes this property unique

This is one of the few locations at Sugarloaf that has year-round views of both Sugarloaf Mountain and the Bigelow Range. It is also about as close as you can get to the pool house and tennis courts, with easy access to the Snubber lift and cross country ski / mountain bike trails. Also, the upstairs sleeping area with its own bathroom and TV provides an ideal place for the kids to have their own space. Like it says in the main description, this place has it all.
