The 40 foot grand room has a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, entertainment center, wet bar, and French doors opening onto a wide deck. The kitchen shares the beautiful view and is well equipped. Three of the bedrooms have TVs. Layout: Downstairs 1 King w/private bath; 1 Queen w/hall and/or private bath; Upstairs has 1 Queen w/shared bath; 2 twins w/shared bath; 1 bunk (full down; twin up) w/private bath.

We live and work in SC full time and love visiting the Panhandle when the beach house is not rented. We fell in love with the crystal white sand and the clear water and the laid back 30-A lifestyle.
Why they chose this property
We love the area and its a very friendly community. Our beach home is located on a dead end so its quiet and not much through traffic.
What makes this property unique
We are ideally located between Panama City and Destin and only 2 miles from Seaside. Its a perfect spot.
