Fantastic Location, Family Friendly, Great Golfing
This family friendly non smoking Scottsdale condo is located close to miles of walking/bike trails. All your shopping needs can be met within 10 blocks and the Mayo clinics are nearby. A PGA Super Store for an huge selection of golfing supplies is only 8 blocks away and 50 plus golf courses are within minutes in the easy to get around NE Phoenix area. This condo has virtually everything you need; all furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen with new hickory cabinets, linens and towels. A high chair and portable crib are also provided. The living room features a 42 inch flat screen TV. Each bedroom has a flat screen television and a recliner in the master bedroom for relaxing at the end of a busy day golfing, shopping or exploring.
This ground floor home offers easy access from your nearby dedicated covered parking space. A private lanai with seating for four is just off the living room. The pool, hot tub, fitness center and tennis court are all just feet away. Enjoy the great Arizonia evenings by the fireplace at the pool area or take an evening walk and view the McDowell Mountains and Thompson Peak. Many excellent dinning out choices can be found just minutes away.
Both baths have been recently updated with new tile and fixtures and the master bath converted to a walk in shower with glass doors.

Your host
Owners, Jim & Diane live in East Central Minnesota and have been vacationing in the Phoenix area for several years. " We look forward to taking a break from the long Minnesota winters as much as possible. We enjoy the warm sunshine filled visits to Arizonia and play as much golf as possible on those visits. We also enjoy walks or bike rides through the many quiet neighborhoods or on the nearby bike/walking trail".
Why they chose this property
We liked the location near the 101, the clean and well maintained property and the quiet area in which it is located. This North Scottsdale area is always clean and well maintained. It is just minutes to several grocery stores to pick up that forgotten item for dinner. Many great dining choices are nearby and within easy walking distance. The nearby biking/walking trail is just a block away.
What makes this property unique
It is only 20 minutes to the airport to pick up friends and family and only 5 minutes to the nearest golf course. Many more great courses are located within 15 minutes. The pool area is very near your front door and the parking is convenient. A high chair and pop-n-play make this condo family friendly. The master bed room has a walk-in closet, 24 inch flat screen TV, queen size bed and a master bath. The second bed room and bath is located on the opposite side of the living room from the master bed room and has a 19 inch flat screen TV and large closet. The dinning table can be expanded to seat 6.
