True beauty, harmonious and relaxing, Villa Gianfredi is a beautiful luxury villa with pool, an old renovated rural house that is equipped with all the necessary comfort to spend a magnificent holiday in the heart of Salento, Puglia.
The villa is located in the countryside in the area of Gallipoli. It
used to be a antique rural house that is has been completely renovated
using the original materials and a traditional building technique that
has been revised in a contemporary way. The house has air conditioning, wi-fi internet and various comforts for up to 6 people.

ancient olive trees define and form the beauty of the prestigious
villa, that stands on a large estate of more than of 10000 square
meters. The lush mediterranean garden has a large pool with a solarium and terrace nearby that is equipped with comfortable armchairs, sun loungers and small tables. An external shower is also present. The barbecue at guests’ disposal can be used to prepare excellent grills during the day at the pool. 
Villa Gianfredi consists of a large living room
with wicker seating area and dining room with a bathroom with shower
near the living room and an adjacent kitchen completely equipped with an
electric oven and dishwasher so you can cook lovely meals with all
comfort during your stay in Puglia with family and friends. The hallway
leads to the sleeping area that has 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The villa is completely fenced and offers a large internal parking space.

Villa Gianfredi, a beautiful luxury villa for rent to spend a lovely vacation in the area of Gallipoli, is located in Casarano,
Manfio, the suburbs surrounded by nature and olive trees. It’s situated
in the heart of Salento, ideal location to reach both the Ionian or
Adriatic sea because they are both 20 kilometers away from the villa. The nearest beaches are those of Baia Verde in Gallipoli. The center of Casarano is only 4 kilometers away where you can find all services you need.

that embellish this wonderful estate, namely a trullo and a pajara which
can be rented with or independent from the main villa. It offers in

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Shared Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Also
located on the property but faraway and completely independent there’s
another villa with pool for rent.
