Tree Top Cottage is dressed up for the Summer and waiting for you to arrive!!We do not accept children. We are Pet Friendly. Our little cottage is perfect for that Romantic Getaway. It is a favorite with Honeymooners!! It has been described as nice as a 5 star hotel. Wonderful quiet upper scale location, Beautiful Cottage, Close to everything Big Bear Lake has to offer. A 8 minute drive to the Lake and Village , 5 minute drive to Ski Resorts. No A/C but we do have two very nice and expensive floor fans.. One in the living area and one in the bedroom. We are 7,000 feet up in the mountains and it cools down at night in the summer. Most rentals in the mountains do not have A/C. If you have to have A/C please go to the filters and make that one of your selections. Then all of those rentals that do have air will come up.
The cottage is for two adults only and, we can only have one vehicle at the cottage. If there is ever a problem we take care of it immediately. Just give us a call. When you make your reservation your map to the cottage and confirmation will be emailed to you. We will also need the other guest name, your address and a cell number that you will have with you while you are at the cottage.

Beautiful Neighborhood: We are located in the Foxfarm/Moonridge area of Big Bear . Which allows you to take long walks and gaze at our wildlife and big pine trees. The cottage is about a 5 minute drive to Bear Mountain and the Golf Course and about a 5 minute drive to The Summit, Village and Lake.

Tree Top Cottage Rental Policy

We will need your address the second guest name and a cell number that you will have at the cottage. A deposit of half of the total or total is to be PAID when reservation is made. The balance of your reservation (the other half) will need to be paid before 10 days of arrival date or your reservation and money paid will be lost. .Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

Refunds: We do not give refunds for weather related conditions. We do not give refunds if you do not arrive at all. But you can change your date if all roads to Big Bear Lake are closed. We do not issue refunds after you have fulfilled your stay.

You can change dates of reservation if it is done before 30 days of arrival date in order to save the money you have paid. A credit is issued and you will need to use this within 6 months and the new date cannot be canceled or changed.

You are responsible for any damages to the cottage or any contents inside or out. This includes, any damages to floors, bathroom, shower head, furniture, appliances, spots on all linens that will not come out, broken dishes, damaged cookware, Television, home theater system, Hot Tub etc .also includes leaving cover off of hot tub when not in use. All trash must be taken with you when you check out. Food must be out of Refrigerator.

Please be careful on the steps up to the cottage and the outside & inside area. We are not responsible for injuries. Please do not wax your snowboards at the cottage. You may bring a small grill if it is propane. NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC. MUST BE ONLY TWO GUESTS & ONE VEHICLE AT ANY TIME. NO VISITORS

There is a one time $100.00 cleaning fee
You will have to pay for any damages to the cottage, hot tub and any items inside of the cottage
The Cottage is for 2 adults only.
If more than 2 quests are there at any time you will be ask to vacate the cottage and money will be lost.

CHECK OUT is by 11:00 CHECK IN is after 4:00 unless permission is given for early check-in or later check-out
Must be 21 years old
We accept well behaved dogs. Please let us know when making reservation. Must bring something to put on furniture for shedding.
