We offer you a very special holiday in the villa Briseida with private heated pool, large outdoor area and unique views of the volcano Montana Roja.



This villa is located in a very quiet and well-kept residential area of Lanzarote. With a modern and comfortable decoration and a very well kept and equipped exterior, this house offers all the comfort and relaxation you need during your holidays.



It consists of 2 cosy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; the master bedroom with double bed of 1.50 x 1.90 and bathroom en suite and a second bedroom with 2 single beds. Living-dining room very luminous thanks to the large windows and with direct access to the outside area. Fully equipped kitchen so that you have everything you need to enjoy it with your family and friends.



La Villalia Briseida also offers essential services such as wifi service, Smart TV, 42-inch HD with the possibility of Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, HBO (you need to be a user to access the applications), satellite TV, air conditioning and barbecue. Villa Briseida

Used Villalia several times in Playa Blanca. Service has been excellent - we've had some minor issues and they've generally resolved them the same day. Always available on WhatsApp for help with appliances etc. Villas very clean and comfortable.

Excellent villa in quiet location

Spent a week at this villa and have to say everything was perfect. The location is great with great views and the area is very quiet. Easy access to the centre, about 20-25mins walk and easier to get taxi back to villa ( as uphill ) - costs about 5 euros. Communication with letting agent was great and would thoroughly recommend this villa.

The Location is very nice and quiet. The view from the street terrace is amazing The Bathrooms are very old and a real shower would be contemporary . Plants in the outdoor area are missing

A relaxing place!

A relaxing place! Well furnished and decorated villa in a quiet location on a private road, raised position with good views front and back. Plenty of room for two ppl, lots of outdoor seating and a good sized pool. Immaculately clean. Off street parking. Responsive, friendly host who quickly fixed issue with WiFi and offered flexibility on check out. Very close to a well stocked mini market and a short drive to bigger super markets but quite a long walk in to the centre of PB, albeit on well-lit roads. Busses and taxis nearby but we didn’t try either. Overall highly recommended for a base in PB.

Great villa, great holiday

A lovely compact villa, ideal for a couple. Exactly as described. Sparkling clean with crisp white bedding and towels. Well equipped. Pool was fabulous and thanks to the heating we were able to swim daily. Car is recommended if you want to make the most of your trip. Ariadne and Stephanie provided an excellent service. Already booked to return. Some of the crockery is looking tired and should be replaced. Information pack, including appliance instructions would have been helpful.

Der Aussenbereich ist sehr schön, allerdings hatten wir kaum einen windgeschützten Ort gefunden. in den 7 Tagen haben wir nur einmal längere Zeit draussen sitzen können, wegen des kalten Windes . Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer sind ganz geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich mit dem Team vor Ort. Die Lage zum Vulkan ist super.

Wir waren eine Woche dort

Wir waren eine Woche dort. Der Pool war anfangs sehr kalt, aber nach Kontaktaufnahme wurde die Temperatur schnell erhöht. Das war uns wichtig, weil wir mit kleinen Kindern da waren. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Würde ich weiterempfehlen. Einen Mietwagen sollte man aber auf jeden Fall buchen!

Un bel soggiorno…da ripetere!

Lo spazio esterno è spettacolare con vista meravigliosa sia su montaña roja che su playa blanca. Casa in zona tranquilla, ben arredata con letto comodo, spazi funzionali e con garage spazioso. Istruzioni dello staff prima dell’arrivo molto esaustive e immediato problem solving in loco, un grazie a Monty e Dayana. Un suggerimento…qualche attrezzo e padella in più in cucina.

La Villa es increíble y los anfitriones muy atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. La entrada fue sencilla y tuvieron el agradable detalle de regalarnos un ‘welcome pack’ de café, y algo de comida para nuestra llegada. Todo muy limpio, una tv con Netflix, varios espacios donde sentarse y unas vistas increíbles. En definitiva, un lugar suuuper recomendable para quedarse unos días en la isla.

Nice apartament, quiet with a lot of privacy at the pool area. Situated in a residential area, easy accessible with parking provided.The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need! Totally recommendable to relax and have a good time a bit away from the main area.

Lovely villa, quiet and relaxing location.

Quiet and relaxing location yet within easy reach of the town centre, and restaurant's. The villa is in a nice elevated location with some lovely views, and within easy walking distance of the volcano Montana Roja for the sun sets. Lovely villa, well equipped and maintained just as described. Really easy and efficient booking, good instruction's. We have been to Playa Blanca several times and will certainly come back to this villa again, thank you!!
