Villa Famara is a cosy and fully equipped accommodation located in an ideal urbanisation for families in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. This welcoming property offers a perfect space for groups of friends, couples and families looking for a peaceful holiday with all the comforts.



The villa has two bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably. It has a double bed and two single beds, ensuring restful sleep. The two full bathrooms with bathtubs provide the necessary privacy and comfort for guests.



The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. Ideal for preparing meals and enjoying gastronomic moments with family.



Among its features are an air conditioning system in some bedrooms, heat pump heating, safe, iron and WiFi connection. The television offers channels in Spanish, English and German for entertainment.



The exterior of the villa is equally attractive, with a private garden with garden furniture, barbecue, balcony and terrace. The property has two private pools: one standard and another heated 6x4 metres, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the Canarian climate.

A Special Retreat

We go here every year for a week of pre Christmas sunshine, light, and silence. The accommodation is tranquil and spacious. The site is very quiet. And over the years it has become familiar. We treat it like a retreat, read books, lie in the sun, and stare at Montana Roja. For such a spacious environment we are struck by the narrowness of the beds. Maybe the mattresses cd be upgraded?

Great Villa

Beautiful Villa had everything we needed. Clean and well maintained. Check in process was excellent and communication with Jose was fantastic. A tiny detail is the single bed matteress needs replacing apart from that would really recommend it!

FAMARA offers a unique life like a resident. Privacy, quality, location and service are on a high level. We enjoyed the third time a stay of several weeks with Lanzarote weather in this lovely house. Costa blanca offers all you need for pleasant stay. Thank you Villalia - we come again! We complete the kitchen with our own equipment. Minor details can be improved, rusty outdoor wall lights and skirting board on the vanity unit in the main bathroom and the outdoor be pillows .... The cockroaches seem to be under survey -)) All minor details ...

Casa ben arredata con tutti i comfort necessari. Ambienti esterni stupendi che quasi tolgono la voglia di uscire. Rinnovare i bagni (nessuno dei due aveva il box doccia) e la cucina. Attenzione alla presenza di scarafaggi.

Schön-Wetter-Ferienhaus mit Licht und Schatten

architektonisch interessante, durch fast raumhohe Glaswände und -Türen lichtdurchflutete, sehr saubere Wohnung. Mit ausgesuchten Acessoires hübsch dekoriert. Sehr schöner Berg- und Meerblick, in Hanglage am Fuße des Vulkans Montana Roja. In einer geschlossenen Urbanisation. Auto sehr empfehlenswert. Lanzarote ist eine im Winter sehr windige, kühle Insel mit häufigen Regentagen. Da bietet das Haus leider keinerlei Schutz im Außenbereich. Für Menschen mit Geh-Handicap ungeeignet, da zahlreiche Stufen ohne Geländer zum Hausaufgang. Freundliche, hilfsbereite Crew.

E' arredata in modo lineare e curato, coerentemente con la ricercatezza semplice e chic di Lanzarote. Very clean, very comfortable! A good place for a relaxing holiday.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment offers everything you need. It’s located in a calm part of Playa Blanca without any traffic. We appreciated the walks down to the coast (15 Min) for dinner. The communication with the hosts was very kind and easy! Absolutely recommended!

Superbe villa

Belle villa correspondant à la description, bien située à 5 mn en voiture de Playa Blanca, avec tous ses magasins et restaurants. Wi fi efficace, pas de chaînes francaises à la télé, des chaînes allemandes exclusivement. Seul bémol: un lit qui semble neuf mais qui grince à chaque mouvement, une villa très calme mais située juste à côté de la villa dédiée au nettoyage du linge du lotissement, donc si vous avez le sommeil léger, vous êtes réveillé au petit matin par les lave-linges qui tournent... Mais cela n'a pas gâché nos vacances, le soleil était au rendez-vous et Lanzarote est une île magnifique.
