NEW Southside Sanctuary - walking distance to Southside and downtown

Enjoy Chattanooga while staying right in the heart of the city. Steps away from Southside's best restaurants and bars and only 1.5 miles away from downtown's Aquarium, riverfront, and walking bridge. Stay in and enjoy a cozy getaway with sunset views of Lookout Mountain from the porch swing. You'll be located in an ideal location for a family vacation, bachelorette party, or weekend getaway with friends.

An open floor plan downstairs allows for easy entertaining with a kitchen, dining and living room. Upstairs, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms comfortably hold up to 6 guests. We will be happy to provide an airbed for the common area in order to accommodate a total of 8 guests if needed. WiFi and an Apple TV are provided for your entertainment as well as a fully furnished living room and kitchen. Washer and dryer will be readily available for guests use. Fresh linens and towels will be provided. Free parking is available on the street.
