Our home is the perfect location for your Chattanooga adventures. Conveniently located in downtown Chattanooga close to restaurants, music, the river and just a couple blocks from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. 1800 sf with open floor plan on first level. Newly remodeled with comfy furniture, wi-fi, cable, and washer/dryer. Large covered porch on main level and private deck space off upstairs bedroom. Upstairs king bedroom has private bath with tub/shower combo. Additional TV in Master. Queen bedroom upstairs has full bath with shower and private deck for morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. Downstairs bedroom offers two full size beds. Half bath located on first level. Open concept living, dining room and kitchen is perfect for entertaining and visiting after a great day of exploring the city. Well equipped kitchen is perfect for dining in. Den has soaring two story ceiling with gas fireplace to cozy up to. We have a great deck located just off the kitchen. We are located just a couple blocks from UTC and Erlanger hospital. Close to McCallie School. Very close to the Southside, Chattanooga Choo Choo and Finley Stadium. Guests love our location! Will discuss pets that are crated when alone.

Couple of days in town

Spent a couple of days in Chattanooga with our college-aged kids. Hiking, rock climbing, and shopping. Found nice coffee shops, breweries, and restaurants. House is beautiful, had everything we needed. Owner responded instantly when we needed a little help getting in on arrival.

Tony and I live on a farm about 20 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. We live the best of both worlds having the farm life and our place downtown. We both work in the city. We are passionate about our city and try to take advantage of all it has to offer. You will find us enjoying Friday evenings with friends at one of our local hangouts, Saturdays watching our daughter rowing on the river or watching some Mocs football at Finley and Sundays at the market or hitting one of the many trails located around the city. Our little green house can serve as great base camp for your visit and we hope you have a wonderful stay exploring Chattanooga!

Why they chose this property

Perfect location to enjoy the city without staying in a hotel. Located near UTC, Martin Luther King Blvd has enjoyed an awesome transformation. Champy's Chicken is local favorite with outdoor patio and the best chicken in town! They also house a bike share station in their parking lot. We even have a new car share station on MLK. Two new breweries have opened on MLK. Hutton & Smith and The Greenhouse, plus Grannys Taproom We have wonderful quaint restaurants up and down MLK. Check out Chatt Smoke House and Larry's Hot Fish for a true flavor of MLK. We are very close to the Southside where you will find the famous Chattanooga Choo Choo featuring several restaurants including Stir with great patio.
