Condo includes master bedroom w/king size bed, and balcony with beautiful views, 2nd bedroom with two single beds, master bath with jacuzzi, 2nd bath with shower, living room with full-size sleeper sofa, dining room, kitchen with oven/stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, and dishwasher, washer and dryer, 2 pools* (main pool heated), Roku TV in all rooms, wireless Internet, secure building with elevators and off-street parking, outside shower. Linens, 6 beach tags, 6 pool tags, 2 parking passes included. Sorry no smoking or pets.

Surfing is permitted at the following beaches:

Kite Flying
Permitted on 34th Street South to 38th Street South.

4 Wheel Drive Permits can be purchased at the Beach Fee Office, located at 15th Street and Brigantine Avenue from May 1st through September 1st, and at City Hall the rest of the year.

Driving a four-wheel drive is permitted on the beach, as long as a permit is obtained.

Boat ramps, sailboats, jet-skis...: Boat Ramp

The Boat Ramp is located at 5th St. South and Bayshore Avenue. A permit to use the ramp is required from May 15th to September 15th. (Contact City of Brigantine for fees) Permits are only sold at the boat ramp.

Licensed boats only. 6th Street North, 28th Street - 30th Street & 40th Street.

Jet Skis
You must have a permit to launch from designated beach. In order to obtain a permit, applicant must have a copy of Face sheet of insurance policy (minimum $500,000 liability insurance required. Permit holders must follow rules and regulations of permit. Jet Skiing is permitted in the inlet side of the South Jetty as designated by appropriately posted signs.

Kayaking, catamarans, boat parking...: Kayaking
Kayaking is permitted at the following beaches.

* Adjacent to all Lifeguard protected beaches.
* The North-end beaches (North of 15th Street North)
* Absecon Inlet Beaches.
* Area between Sandy Lane and Seaside Road lifeguard station.
* 26th Street South – City Dock area.

Catamarans
Must have a permit. In order to obtain a permit applicant must have proof of Liability Insurance. The launch area is located from Neptune Drive to Club Drive.

Parking of Boats and/or Trailers
Parking shall be prohibited within the City of Brigantine from October 1st to May 1st. From May 1st to September 30th, boats and/or trailers can be parked on the street in front of the owners/lessees property. No parking of boats and/or trailers on Ocean Avenue at anytime.

Quiet comfortable stay

Our overall stay was excellent. Few issues…living room furniture was very old, uncomfortable and not too clean. The porch door was extremely difficult to open and close. The shower door between bathrooms leaked when shower was in use. Excellent location and very friendly people all around. We will definitely recommend staying here, it is absolutely budget friendly!

Great neighborhood and spacious condo

Had a great time relaxing here. Nice pool and lots of parking available. Walk to beach is a little far through the dunes path but the beach was so clean. Also only a few minutes to drive over to AC for some casino fun or shows! Love the keyless entry.

Unit has nice size rooms , kitchen was good. Sofa in living needs to be replaced. Hand rails are needed for the tub/shower. It is a very high step in and dangerous for older folks. Really should be replaced with walk in shower. Overall needs some love

Beach Get away

The location was excellent. The property great. The location to the beach was convenient and enjoyable. I was able to walk right down the path and enjoy my coffee on the beach. The pool area was neat and clean. The decks were spacious and we had plenty of room. The outside of the condo building was well kept with nice landscaping. The contact person for the rental was prompt and responded to all inquiries with in hours. He had everything well organized and provided beach tags and pool tags for the unit. This was pleasant and enjoyable. The inside of the unit was not great. The unit is dingy and needs major upgrades.

The location was great. The washer smelled the master bedroom rug was soaked and it had a mildew smell. The air in the master bedroom didn’t work that well. The silverware in the drawer was not clean.

We have family living on Brigantine Island, and rent a local apartment every year for our family reunion. The rental is for extra bedrooms and a place to eat breakfast.The Good: Check-in instructions were clear and detailed.The location was ideal, since it is near our family's home and also beach access. The apartment and building as a whole were clean and well maintained for vacation properties. Having a washer and dryer was great. We appreciated the parking permits, pool tags, and beach tags that were provided.The Okay: The kitchen was okay, and we used it only to prepare breakfast. Cabinet space was very limited. The only place to store dry goods (cereal, bread, peanut butter) was in a high cabinet over the microwave. Our needs were minimal, but for a family who plans to eat more meals in the apartment, this might be a problem.The Very, Very Bad: The twin beds in the smaller BR. I shared this room with my adult son. The mattresses were simply dreadful - uncomfortable, lumpy, no support. These mattresses should have been replaced during the "renovation." Similarly, the pillows should have been replaced years ago. My son's pillow was a bag scantily filled with hard foam bits; mine was only about an inch thick. The towels were coarse and unpleasant. In contrast, the bed and towels in the master BR were fine. Does the owner assume the twin beds are only for children, and not adults? But nobody - NOBODY - should have to sleep on those beds!

Great location, but desperate need for updates

Great location. Very close to the pool and a short walk to the beach (5 min). Quiet part of town, really enjoyable. The inside of the condo is in need of updating. The pull out sofa is unusable for adults or children - just a really old mattress that has no more cushion. Speaking of cushion, some of the chairs are so old that they no longer support the weight of a child, let along an adult and you just sink. Many of the blinds are broken, so it will let in light in the early morning. Lots of the sheets, covers are old an need to be updated. The hallway reeks of smoke. Nothing to blame the owner for, but let's you know the type of condition. With all that said, the owner was kind and listening to our feedback. Hopefully, he makes some changes.

BEWARE!!! Blood stained mattress, non working fridge

When my family (my 75 year old mother, my son, my pregnant daughter in law and my 19 year old daughter) and I arrived, we were told the pool was not open 7 days a week until "summer". We were there June 4-10, 2023. The unit itself looked great from the photos....however the refrigerator was dirty and not cold. When I called the owner of the unit he told him that it was not working properly he told me to get bags of ice and put them in the refrigerator. I told him this was unacceptable. He then told me to give the unit 24 hours to get cold. There were several broken dishes in the cupboard, towel racks falling off the bathroom wall. When we opened up the ottoman that was supposed to have sheets/blankets for the sofa bed the quilt had stained blood spots on it. When we opened the sofa bed there was a 6 inch blood stain on the mattress and that was the last straw. I texted and called the owner again and was told to "just put sheets on it". I called VRBO who we rented from and they were unable to find us another room. We were forced to spend the night and we left the next day. Still fighting to get my money back! I have photos of damage, broken items, screen shots of conversations, etc. I am happy to share!

OK unit, just a little disappointed

Just got back from Brigantine and while the area is fine this unit did pose some disappointment. The listing shows a game room which has not been there for the last couple of years. Seems the game room was converted to a unit and sold. The listing also says there are two pools, one being an adult only pool. Well if you are thinking of a poolside coctail after a day at the beach it will only happen during the weekend as that is the only time it's open. Hoping to get in some office time on the lap top? You need to go downstairs to the lounge as there is no wifi in the building. The one balcony is off the master bedroom and the difficult opening door is problematic if someone is still sleeping as it is a struggle to get it open. TV has about 24 chanels and 6 are spanish however cartoons come in loud and clear. The shared shower with doors opening into both baths takes a bit getting used to. Ocean views? Hope you can streach your neck and the hike to the beach is going to take some time. However, the unit was clean and plenty of towels and bedding and there are a number of beach chairs on the balcony along with a table and three chairs, just a bit tight. Kitchen was nice with plenty of silverware and dishes and pots and pans. This is a second floor unit and easy access either stairs or elevator will get you in in no time.The listing says 4 beach tags but there are 6 so check before purchasing more. Although it is air conditioned they are units and not very quiet, the living room unit blows against the oversized couch so it is constantly on and off. The owner is very prompt to answer any questions and let's you know when the payments are due, nice man. Overall, nice and clean, ice was in the trays when we arrived and plenty of spices in the kitchen. Brigantine island is beautiful, great place to chill and relax. We will be back but most likely will look for something else.

Very Outdated

The location of the condo is what drew me to it and it is in a good neighborhood. The pool is clean and heated. The ocean is a much further walk from the condo than expected. We have an infant and wanted something right off the water. The distance of the water is very far. Inside the condo is very old and dingy. We had to get extra sheets and blankets to lay over the couch because it looked and felt gross. It is advertised as “central air” but there are just old dirty window unit AC’s in each room which are hooked up to a thermostat. The bedroom AC barely works and the bedroom is very hot. Also the thermostats are set (and locked) to revert the temp to 78 every night at 1130pm, so you wake up sweating to an 80 degree condo. The rugs are very old, dirty and stained and even if you decide to walk barefoot there are staples sticking up out of the threshold which will cut you. The toilets are very small and old and the seats are loose and broken.

Location cannot be beat

The location is ideal. Walk to the beach within 5 minutes. And the pool is great. And the layout of the unit is good. But it could use some updating. After speaking with some full time residents, the outside of the building (windows, stucco, etc.) will be undergoing some renovations so maybe the owner is waiting for that to make interior some updates. We liked Brigantine so much we are looking for our own place.

This property was clean and safe. Checking in and out was easy. Friendly people at condo and in community. Close to Atlantic City, but in an area that is good for kids. Nice walk to beach with children, not overly crowded. Overall met expectations was a good place to make memories with our family.
