This beautifully furnished and renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath, back-unit home is located on Balboa Island just 1 block from the beach and the Balboa Island Ferry. A rare find on the Island, it offers vaulted ceilings, air conditioning, inside laundry, an outdoor patio, carport parking. The home was completely remodeled in February of 2020 with all new Subzero / Wolf appliances. New three quarter inch white Oak floors, Cosentino Quartz kitchen and bathroom counters. Equipped with all the amenities a family or couple would want when enjoying a vacation in this charming island paradise.

The master suite offers a king bed, luxurious towels and sheets, a walk-in closet and flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has 2 full/double beds , high quality linens, a generous closet, dresser and its own flat-screen TV.

The living room has one large NEW LazyBoy sleeper sofa that sleeps two. The dining room seats 6, and a charming private patio is great for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, or dinner, and includes a gas-fired grill.

We loved our girls’ weekend staying at this beautiful home. It was very spacious and clean. The friendly hosts were onsite and very helpful in recommending restaurants and giving us local tips. The location was in walking distance to restaurants and shops. We also really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas that they had there for us to use. We would love to stay here again!

This was definately "home away from home". It was perfect! Nice clean 2br, 2bth, full kitchen with large refrigerater, washer/dryer, balcony, patio, carport, near a fabulous mexican restaurant, near the ferry, near the waterfront for wonderful walks along the waterfront. The hosts were very welcoming. The unit was updated, clean, organized, it had everything you would need for your vacation. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were high-quality. We didn’t do any cooking, but if you did, the appliances are wonderful. There were three televisions( one in each bedroom and a big one in the living room. There is a wonderful outdoor seating area outside as well as a grill. We especially enjoyed having a carport. Thank you for such a wonderful unit for our visit.

What a great property, Balboa Island is a great location, the area feels very safe and the property is excellent, well appointed and the bed is super comfy. I'd recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay on the area. Pasqual and Kathy are also two lovely hosts.

Amazing Island Property

This property is newly remodeled and walkable to the cute main shopping street (Marine Ave), a delicious Mexican restaurant, bay beach (great for little kids), and a small playground/basketball court. It's also near the ferry which takes you to the Balboa Penninsula. I highly recommend staying here!
